Jim really pulled me out of a pinch! Instead of paying some online website to send me engraved pint glasses (in maybe 2 – 3 weeks and maybe correctly) for all of my groomsmen, I bought some glasses at Target and had him do it for a fraction of what was going to pay. Quick, honest, ready to talk to and incredible work. I will definitely recommend anybody use this guy!

Jim has engraved a couple of projects for me. He is very detailed and when it comes to engraving that’s a required trait. He made me a name tag, wooden ‘gift cards’ and engraved names into a wooden business card holder you can see on the counter of the Texas Pie Company in Kyle. I’m frequently thinking about ideas for projects I could have engraved by him.

I made a last minute purchase for my anniversary, which is also very close to Thanksgiving, and wanted to get it engraved with a special message. I was really worried it wouldn’t happen, since most engraving businesses in Austin told me they were closed for the weekend and most of the week due to the holiday. I found Fire Light Laser and I live in Buda, so I was hoping they would be able to help even though the hours on Unilocal said they were closed on the weekend. Not only did Jim call me directly shortly after I emailed him to inquire about his services, but he also met me at his shop on Saturday morning even though he was normally closed. He had the engraving finished in plenty of time for my anniversary and was very easy to connect with via phone and email, since I had not quite made up my mind on what I wanted to say on the engraving. He let me pick out the font and feel very involved in the process. I was also extremely pleased with the price and cannot recommend him highly enough. If you need engraving, he does a beautiful job and is just the kind of local business I am happy to support. Thank you Jim!

Fire Light Laser is awesome there are so many things Jim can do for you, your business, your sports team, your group. He gave my silver business card holder a personal touch by engraving my business logo. I also had him make me name tags to represent my business. From key chains to awards he can get it done.

There’s no end with what Jim can do with engraving items. You have to have him show you photos of all of his work to appreciate it. And it doesn’t have to be expensive. I loved that I can buy something say at Tuesday Morning or Kohls and then have him engrave it with names, or dates, or a favorite saying and voila I have a special gift.
