We stopped here in a deluge of rain. It was really good. I was just thinking I could become vegetarian, but there went those plans! The pork ribs were delicious.
I also ordered a side of squash thinking I’d get something good for me, but it was deep-​fried. I peeled off the outside (gluten problem) and ate the summer squash, good anyway. Better if I could have eaten the fried part. :-)
Small place. Indoor and outdoor seating. Limited parking. Good tea; ask for a big cup.
I had the Garlic Hoagie. It was exactly as described. A hoagie roll with garlic butter then BBQ piled on. It was good, but the bottom half won’t hold if you get it to go. It came with fries and slaw.
They serve Pepsi products in spite of the historic Enjoy Coke sign prominently displayed. The huge French fries were just ok. They should probably cook them longer. Good coleslaw.
