I’m a happy first-​time customer. The crew did a great job on the large shade tree in my front yard: lifted it off the sidewalk, away from the house, and improved the shape. Also trimmed a long hedge in the back yard. Left the yard tidy. The bid was in the middle of 3 others, and the outcome is much better than 5 years ago when I picked the low bidder.

We have used them for ten years and their knowledge, advice and service are outstanding. They also came through after the recent ice storm and removed a dangerous tree that was split in half. They won’t be the cheapest but deliver high quality at reasonable prices.

As a new homeowner in a wooded area, I contacted John B Ward based on a recommendation. I met with Matt, who was incredibly knowledgeable about the types of trees I had in my yard, and made reasonable recommendations for trimming/​removal. The price was fair and the service was fantastic. They even called me afterwards to sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my tree care needs.
