Established in 1892.
Established in 1892 by John Gardner Sr. on Montgomery Ave. By 1904 our location was not large enough for the company. We moved to The corner of Darby Rd & Marple rd. Then in the mid 1940s The Bryn Mawr location was purchased. Its pupose at the time was for growing trees & shrubs for the landscape operation. In the late 1960s we moved to Bryn Mawr completely.
