Born in Rome Italy in 1975 at the age of fourteen I already knew what I would became when I grew up so I enroll in the instituto professionale alberghiero of roma in via appia antica after 3 years I got my degree and decided to further my knowledge with 2 more years of studies which included various stage during the summer months in hotel and restaurant.
