Black Dog Boutique

I ignored the negative review and drove from austin ar to Bryant which is about a 40 minute drive to do business with black dog boutique. I have heard the advertisement on the radio multiple times and have never heard of making an appt. I went in today April 25^th and the teen at the register did not acknowledge me at all even after I said «hello» she was on the phone. I went to the front of the store and we just stared at each other. I was waiting for her to hang up the phone and she was I guess waiting for me to leave. After about 5 minutes she said «yes can I help you?» I said «yes do yall buy items?» She said «um yea you need to make an appt with the manager» I said «okay how do I do that?» She said «oh her next appt is thursday» I said «oh I can’t do weekdays» (because I have a job) she Said «oh she only comes in Monday-​friday» I said «okay nevermind then» the entire time she was still on the phone… is it just me or is that unexceptble customer service? Also according to the review 4 months ago this isn’t the first time this teenager has been on her personal phone during work hours. if I could I would give this place zero stars but that isn’t an option. I have a 6 year old who loves clothes and shoes I was going to sale her old clothes to buy her some «new/​used» stuff for summer but now u will never go back into that store again, they lost some very good business because they do not know how to treat customers.

Went to Black Dog today for the first time! So excited to have a place like this in this area! Clean, organized, & great prices. The lady behind the counter was beyond helpful & friendly. This place is a must go to if you have children!!! Will most definitely be back! Thumbs up!

I have been in there twice both times I was upset I waisted my time going in there. The prices are not those of a resale shop. They are charging full price for used CRAP!!! The last time I was in there the young girl behind the counter was on her personnal phone the whole time I was in there and never even spoke to me. I wouldn’t have been able to get help if I had wanted it. DO not waist your time going in there. You would be better of going to Wal Mart or Old Navy and finding the same things on sale for cheaper then what you would pay for them in that horrible store.
