Benton Fence

Fence itself is beautiful, and price was fair, but we just needed our old fence replaced. The new one was relocated and it was an area where our lot was not leveled when we built our house. The result is a pretty rough looking back corner area. Not happy with that. The crew was great and cleaned up the mess.

These guys installed a new privacy fence last spring. The price they quoted me was competitive and the installers were friendly and cleaned up their mess. I never found a wood chip or a screw anywhere after they left. We had just moved in to the house, and it did not have a mailbox — The installers even dug a post hole for my mailbox and secured it with concrete because I didn’t have a post hole digger. They did a good job on the fence as well.
By the end of summer, I noticed that some of the boards were seriously warped… which I know happens sometimes, but I didn’t think it should be a problem so soon. I called them up to ask about warranty, and without hesitation the owner said he’d be out to replace any warped boards, that they had gotten a batch of lumber around the time mine was installed that had quite a few boards warping. They replaced every single board that was warped and even some that looked fine to me as well.
Its been almost a year now and the fence looks as good as new. Because of they way they conducted business with me, I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if I ever need another fence.
