I would use tap electrical again. Fair price, fast work, and did everything I asked of them

While the three technicians were on time and performed the repairs fast, efficient and professionally we had previously explained that we do not wear shoes in our home in order to prevent the tracking of dirt and germs into our carpet. All other home service vendors that we have used lately have respected this and it’s not just for Asian households anymore. When recently visiting the homes of friends from Mexico and even American natives we have seen that we are not the only ones that remove our shoes before entering our and their homes.
Tap’s people not only did not remove their shoes nor use plastic covers like other vendors they tracked in a huge amount of dirt all over in our home like they didn’t even care. They need to learn to be professional in that manner.
