I was told my laptop would be ready on a Thursday, and now it’s the following Monday and it’s still not ready. What’s more– I haven’t been called to explain why it’s taking so long or that it is being worked on. I even paid for the ‘rush’ delivery option. All the laptop needed was for Widows 8 to be uninstalled and reinstalled so that the other issues will get cleared up… I’ve called twice now to see if it’s done, and both times the technician supposedly working on it has been unavailable. I’m a student with papers to write! I need my laptop!

It is clean, professional, less than 5 min wait time when I went. However pricey. Over $ 50 per hour. I inquired about a repair to my MacBook Pro charger. $ 63+. Well, I new one is $ 75 and refurb is $ 30 sooooo… nah. Find a geek on craigslist for a 3rd the cost (if you trust him/​her). There are A&M Engineering students struggling with tuition. Pay them less to get more.
