Horrible service department– they are all jokes. They will throw parts at your car and say «it’s all fixed» when the issue is still present. They will also try to charge you an arm and a leg for anything they can tack on. Watch out people– just save yourself the trouble and drive to Sewell to where people actually know what they are doing and not money hungry! I guess that’s what I get for rolling up in my new Escalade… I feel targeted

I was in the market for a used vehicle, and several people had recommended Sterling to me. I walked in one day to be greeted by a receptionist staring down at her work. (I couldn’t tell if it was homework or dealership work) As she stared down at her work, never looking up, she asked if she could help me. I didn’t reply, and she finally looked up at me and made eye contact. Never a smile. Asked to see a specific salesman that I knew, and it turned out he was with another customer. I was directed to wait, and the salesman stopped by, chatted with me for a few minutes, got my number, and said he would call me back. I’ve been waiting almost two weeks so far for that call.

The car service that was preformed was alright. No issues with the work on the car. After leaving I noticed that ALL my spare change from the door handle to what was in the cup holder was POOF gone! I know they are not responsible for personal belongings, but who likes a thief. If you do go here, take all your stuff.

Cannot speak for the service department yet, but I recently purchased a GMC truck. They were very helpful in setting up the financing at a fair rate. Also gave me a good price for my trade. Sales and financial people were professional and courteous. Not too pushy. Found generous end of model year rebates plus a military discount. I would recommend them to a friend in the market for a new GMC.

Took a car here for a warranty repair (a recall actually). They did the job needed and the staff was friendly. When noticing some spilled oil in an area customers might walk through I mentioned it and someone was cleaning it so fast that they were there before I could turn around or they were already on it. Never seen that again yet after the recent remodel this place is exceptionally clean. I guess that’s what you would expect from a place to pick up a new Caddy. Friendly staff.

I took my car there several times. Each time I had to keep taking the car back. They never seem to be able to fix the problem.
Recently I took it over for a simple oil change. I noticed the next day black smut coming out of the tail pipe. So I did the smart thing And took the car somewhere else they informed me that Sterling had over filled the car with oil. I simply don ‘t have the time or patience for the amateur workmanship.
