Priority Towing & Recovery

These people are the most inconsiderate, ignorant, and incompetent group of individuals I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. They were in process of towing a friend and neighbor’s car from our apartment complex who was out of town. I went out to stop them because she lived in the complex and had a valid permit. The individual apparently did not check thoroughly and in a very rude manner, ignored me and towed the car anyway. I called the number to have the car returned and was responded to with nothing but attitude, immaturity, and terrible customer service by the OWNER who is apparently a victim of our failing school systems based on his ability to use proper grammar and carry on a calm, respectful conversation. Not only was he unable to accept fault and simply apologize, the owner HUNG UP the phone simply due to the fact that I was pointing out my being correct in this situation. He hung up not once, but TWICE after saying that I «am nobody». Instead of admitting fault and resolving the problem, he chose to conduct himself in the most disgraceful and disrespectful way. This «business» is nothing but a sad excuse for the uneducated to take advantage of students. Had the man towing the car initially, taken the time to listen to what I was saying like a considerate human being, he would have realized that he was in the wrong and this whole ordeal could have been avoided. I pity anyone who has to deal with these scum of people.

Did I ever get a dose of some Priority treatment today. Very impressed.
So I had a relatively new German sports car break down, well, sort of. I thought there was a problem and we will get to that with my review of Brazos Valley Imports, next. I called roadside assistance (of said German automaker) as per my warranty and was told that Priority Towing of Bryan Texas would be there in less than 45 minutes. I had never heard of this company. Then about 3 minutes later the driver called me and confirmed the location of the vehicle and said he was on his way. Well, I’ll be damned if he didn’t arrive in less than 10 minutes. Took him only a few minutes to pick up my car and he was ready to roll.
As the dealership had a loaner car waiting for me I asked if I could come along and it was no problem. The driver was a nice guy and a very safe driver. When I commented on the stiff suspension of his truck (it’s been a long time since I’ve been in a tow truck) he described the trucks mods and even told me a story about a rough interstate truck tow he once did. It was a fun ride. This guy was quite talented and managed to back my car into a parking space on the first try and told me «They are gonna think you drove it here» Haha!
I would not hesitate to use Priority Towing again as their name is true. I was given priority service which saved me time and that’s what I needed.
