Had a flat; the driver called within 15mins and was there in 5 just more. Sussed it all out, made good recommendations; wanted to get it all done right. Very pleased considering the situation; would use again.

Very pleased with their service! My daughter used AAA who sent out Thweatt wrecker service. She was at a college campus. They arrived very quickly and she felt very comfortable riding with the driver. This was her first experience with car trouble being away from home/​parents and we appreciate the professionalism and great service! Thank you so much!

They were great! When I called, I was told it’d be $ 67 to go from my apartment to pretty much anywhere in town, so I agreed. A guy named Randy showed up less than 30 minutes later and he couldn’t have been more helpful, it was raining out but he didn’t care. The way my car was parked, he couldn’t get to it at the best angle until another car moved out of the way. I also couldn’t turn the wheel of my car without doing more damage to it. So he told me to keep an eye on the car in the way, block the space when someone moved it, and call him to let him know. I was able to do so and he got it all taken care of in one day. He even suggested a few of the best auto repair shops in town that had the best prices. Definitely recommend, thanks to Randy!

I wish I can give 0 star if the Unilocal allows to. This tow company is terrible that they firstly sent a wrong tow truck (I need a flat bed but they sent wrongly). I have waited for two hours for the flat bed and this is not the worst scenario. They scratched my car and keep denying with very bad attitude. They do not care the customer’s right and treated the customer like trash. Be aware of this tow company.
