As the source of artistic expression for SunTide Studios, Kelly Christopher’s background in art is diverse. Having spent endless hours drawing, painting and sculpting as a young child, she began her formal introduction to art at the age of 12 by attending painting and drawing classes at the Swain School of Design. Her fascination and love of the arts grew as she entered SMU (now the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth), delving into courses such as illustration, woodworking, ceramics, photography, and jewelry/​metalsmithing. In 1994, she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.

Kelly continues to create and share with others her passion for the arts.
