Been here several times and it is my last. the guy that owns the place is crabby. Hardly says a word and yanks at your hand if you’re too tense. He points and grunts and treats you as if you are an imposition. A little rough with the clippers. The straw for me was being charged $ 5 to remove the gel from my nails, even though I had it reapplied. I thought getting a mani /pedi was supposed to be a luxury, not doing me a favor. When will the service industry get that? Do they not realize we have hundreds of choices and will be drawn to those places we feel valued as a customer and treated with kindness? I deal with negative people all day. If I’m coming to your«spa» and spend $ 100, at least smile and by all means, send me off with a thank you. Will never go back here.

Signed in, sat and waited a few minutes, picked out my colors, not a single hello from any of the employees sitting in the pedicure chairs on their cellphones. They didn’t even look up to see if they had any customers. Finally as I was leaving one guy looked like he was about to get up. Not where I want to spend my money. So strange and rude. Went to glamour nails down the street and loved it!
