Ms. Francis is a former software test engineer who now applies her analyis skills to helping people feel better and empower them to manage their chronic pain, anxiety and stress. She holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Tai Sophia Institute and is nationally board certified in Acupuncture. She is also a certified Acu-​Detox specialist and facial rejuvenation specialist.
