Established in 2006.
Our store started out as the Brunswick location of The Green Store. In the summer of 2006, we became an independent store with a tighter focus on helping our customers save the planet.
Meet the Business Owner
Fred H.
Business Owner
Fred Wilson Horch, the founder, is a former corporate attorney, computer geek, private pilot, and professional environmentalist. Moving to Brunswick in 2002, where his wife is an assistant professor of neurobiology at Bowdoin College, Fred helped launched green electricity in Maine as the Project Coordinator for Maine Interfaith Power & Light.
