Don Foshay’s Discount Tire & Alignment

I came to Foshay’s after my car failed inspection at another unnamed location. It seemed to me that they wanted the moon to get my sticker — along with a hefty price tag for those repairs. I smelled something fishy, so I looked on Unilocal to see what the community recommended as a fair and reasonable auto repair company and got my car reinspected.
To my surprise, the estimate for repairs was a mere $ 240 as opposed to the exorbitant $ 850 the other outfit gave me. While Foshay’s said those two things the other company claimed were immediate necessities would need to be replaced eventually, they were in good enough shape for a sticker this year. I realized the other company had tried to take advantage of this, to make some money while holding my legal ability to drive hostage.
In these hard economic times, honesty, fairness, and reasonable pricing are invaluable to me. I am a single woman of little means, so I deeply appreciate the fact that Foshay’s did not take advantage of my lack of automotive knowledge to dip deeply into my already-​suffering wallet.
You can trust these folks. They will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done and give you a fair price. I do not give such compliments lightly, as I’m a very cynical person. Outstanding. Had a couple horrible incidents with both VIP (Brunswick) and VIP (Bath) — and Don Foshay’s made me forget about both. Will NEVER return to VIP, and I advise all to stay away. Don Foshay’s will be my regular stop for any service needs — staff are knowledgeable, courteous and fast. These guys know what they’re doing and you can’t go anywhere else!
