I’ve dealt & used Rick for approximately 5 years now and will ONLY use Rick. In fact, I trust him so much I leave him in our home unattended, allowing him to complete his professional job. And when my basement flooded, and the «Big Names» always had an excuse or found a reason they couldn’t make it immediately, Rick & his sister were here in minutes! They had to extract 3″ of water before reaching the carpet & padding. Then they had to cut all the carpet and lift it off the floor while using industrial blowers in the tedious drying process. Rick is beyond professional & trustworthiness means the world to us, that’s half the battle with any businesses the general public deal with!
