Henry Ford Health Center – Brownstown

Dr.‘s are attentive & considerate. Nurses are patient and knowledgeable. Clean environment, good equipment!

Absolutely the worst caregivers I’ve ever encountered. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses and doctor was rude and unprofessional. I’ll be writing several letters to management, administration and local media about the way we were treated. Wish I could give negative stars.

We’ve had a recent string of bad luck, landing multiple family members in Emergency at HF Brownstown, so I feel pretty confident in my rating.
No wait time for either visit, one walk-​in and the other ambulance-​in. Immediate care by nursing staff. Good response time once we were situated in rooms too (most rooms are enclosed by curtains only). Noticeable doctor presence, even if it is only one of them.
Comfortable enough waiting area for family/​friends with snacks and beverages for purchase and at least one TV. I also appreciated how staff let me stay with my family member, bringing me a chair.
Both family members had to be transferred to Wyandotte Hospital because HF Brownstown is not the type of hospital you get admitted to (something to keep in mind — I recommend using them for Emergency and Outpatient only). Timing for transfer ambulance arrival took over 30 minutes, but those staffs were also professional and gentle.
