worst customer service I’ve had dealing with a storage facility. Go to norfield self storage it’s worth the extra five minute drive. You buy your own lock out of a vending machine. We had to buy two because the first one didn’t dispense but they already had our rental money because you pay for that self pay through an atm type machine.
MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE, you read every word of the contract. Give one month notice or you will be billed for the next month. No exceptions. So far we’ve paid two extra months on a six month rental and it’s is sitting empty!
