I have to agree with the other review on this place. Avoid it at all cost. And I do mean cost. Pricey. They don’t answer the phone. And when I say they don’t answer the phone, I don’t mean«Oh, I called once or twice and they didn’t answer.» I mean that getting somebody over there to answer the phone will make you feel like you won the lottery. Even leaving a message is difficult as their phone system routes you around until you get an unknown mailbox to leave a voicemail. Go with Enterprise or Budget.

Worst customer service in the industry. Have been trying to get a car from the Brownsburg location for 5 days because ours is in the shop and the insurance company prefers to go through Hertz. They rarely answer their phone and after several attempts to contact them they told us twice that they have no cars available?! They claim that they can not contact other Hertz locations to acquiring a vehicle for us and they have not called us back(as they claimed that they would) when another vehicle becomes available. Even our insurance agent is having problems getting us a car through this location so now they are setting us up an account with Enterprise. We have given them way too long to figure out how to get us a car to the point that there is no excuse. Laziness and poor customer service gets them 1 star.
