Haven’t answered their phone in 11 months, not an exaggeration. They don’t respond to voicemails either. I have even called them from different phones in case they really hated my grass/​yard/​face … but never an answer. I know they are still in business, as they show up in my neighborhood from time to time. What the hell.
2 stars because they really do a nice job when they decide that they actually can be contacted and take on work. I don’t understand what has happened to this company. Unrecommended.
