History

Established in 2015.

On June 16, 2014, I woke up determined to work toward my dream of opening a CrossFit box. For years, I had constantly thought about the possibilities. Playing the «what if» game over and over in my head, each time I would write it off as some unreachable goal or make up some excuse why «now» was not the right time. Even friends and family tried convincing me it was a good idea, but I didn’t believe them. Ultimately, I didn’t believe in myself. Well that morning, I was tired of not knowing the truth. I told myself that if I didn’t at least give it a try I would never know and regret to for the rest of my life. So, here we are…
