Love this Wal Mart. It’s so clean and the employees are very helpful.

It was an average, meehhhh, ‘OK’ WalMart when started visiting it back in late 2013. Went straight downhill since then. Their slide downhill has accelerated since Jan. of 2015. Now they do not have staff for the checkouts even on busy days like Sat. & Sun. They’re trying to force customers to use their self-check out counters to save on having to hire more checkers. To me, it’s ridiculous to go to a store where the cost of employees is figured into the prices, and then not be able to have a checker check out the things we buy. This store is discontinuing products right and left and replacing those better products with cheaper stuffs. Most things that I used to go there for are there no longer. Bad move, walMart. Tried to use a self-checkout recently and their credit card reader was faulty. Would not even read the card. Had just used that card fine at another store. Am going to deliberately avoid this WalMart from now on. Hey, what if WalMart goes out of business? Might open up the market for some real competition!!!

Brought my car in to get a flat fixed. Thought it was done right. The next morning when I was getting ready to head to the gym, I noticed my tire went completely flat. At least it was holding air before I brought it in. Went back to get it fixed, waited over an hour and they hadn’t even started on my car. Got my, money back and went to Big O right down the street. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

I don’t try calling this Walmart for help anymore. Every single time that I try and call them, they put me on hold and the phone rings and rings until it transfers me back to the main customer service and they say, «Thank you for calling Walmart, how may I direct your call?» And this process goes on about three more cycles until I give up. They are never friendly. I do tend to have better luck when I go inside and ask for help. The associates walking around the store are usually helpful

What is there not to like? It’s a one stop shop for all your needs at economical prices. Can’t really go wrong with most walmart locations. This particular one was clean and neat and had nice produce. I’ll return… every week :)

Customer service sucks. Meat was brown and gross. There was no one to help me when I needed.

A nicer Walmart in a nicer area(that being right next to the Flatirons mall), this location has everything you’d expect in a supercenter – automotive, housewares, groceries, clothing, a deli, and an under-staffed checkout section. The self-check lines seemed to be flowing well, which was a nice change from previous locations I’ve visited for far longer than I’d initially intended to. Their selections of holiday items were quite robust, and they also had the windshield wipers we required; however, their sizing guide did not specify that our model of car uses two different wipers due to the placement of the arms so that one does not extend uselessly beyond the edge of the windshield by about an inch and a half, though I would hardly see fit to blame the staff for that particular oversight. The prices on Christmas trees were far superior to the Lowe’s on the other side of the highway, and as I mentioned previously, their stock was superb. They also had all the Broncos gear you could ever need; we found a plethora of team jackets, jerseys, shirts, pants, hats, and logo Christmas ornaments to boot. We may end up having a Broncos tree next year if we can find some orange lights to go with the blue(possibly around Halloween of next year) Overall, we’ll be back next time we’re in the area.
