Pass on this place if you feel it is TOTAL RUDE that employees find it necessary to only push your feet around and speak in a foreign language to each other and NEVER to you. Not the cleanest saloon I gave been to!

I wouldn’t mind waiting an hour for the most amazing manicure of my life, but this was not the case here. I came here with my sister and there were only 2 people ahead of us and we put our names on the list. Soon, more people shuffled in and were seen almost instantly after entering the door. I assumed people had appointments but later found out that was not the case. It took literally an hour to be seen. The lady was nice and made good conversation but she seemed very rushed and her workmanship proved it. My nails were uneven and filed terribly. My nails are about 5 different shapes. The nail polish she put on top of the acrylics were bubbly and messy.
This isn’t my only concern, only one of the ladies had a valid and unexpired license. The rest had licenses that expired in 2008, 2010, and 2011. This is so unacceptable. None of the equipment was in barbicide. The lady rinsed off her tools in warm water and went to work on another client. If the poor workmanship doesn’t scare you away, the unsanitary conditions should! Never going back! Worst experience of my life. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.

Took me an hour and twenty minutes to get a pedicure. They sat me in the chair with cold water and no jets or anything. Then I sat there for at least thirty minutes waiting. When I finally got worked on they told me to tell them if the water was too hot. Everyone walked away and I was unable to tell anyone it was too hot after they added water. Needless to say I was unable to soak. Super frustrating. Looks like I’m back on the search for a nail salon.

I have gone here 4 times –only would use Sohari she talks to ya– very gentle, never nipped or cut me — painted the nails and the gel lasted — now the two other times I didn’t use Sohari I can away bleeding — and four fingers got buffed during prep. When I said ouch the tech seemed surprised — or when I pulled my hand when I was nipped the tech acted like I startled her! hello are you sleeping? Plus not once talking to me but to up grade my manicure. .

Waited 30 minutes for them just to paint my nails. Every woman in there knew they were taking about us. The girl doing my nails didn’t even bother to speak to me while doing my nails. Missed places with top coat and I have polish on sides of my fingers. I’m cool with it bc I’m going home to get a full manicure on Saturday, but for $ 7 to paint them I expected a little better.
Place is NASTY though. Food open and sitting everywhere. Bugs flying everywhere in air. They immediately closed and left before I left the parking lot leaving open food and trash everywhere. So NOT sanitary. I won’t be back.

First and last time we ever come here… This is the kind if place where they rather do what’s easier for them work wise than what you like and asked for. Bottom line they don’t care what you have in mind if it’s time consuming they won’t do it! A lot of nail places are like that and this is one of them… They messed up my nails and my moms too we hated it! They’re actually very old school and need to upgrade they’re creativity it’s not 2001 where airbrush was the shit.

THIEVES!!! Not only did they slack on almost every aspect of my mani pedi (my shellac didn’t even last a week and who gives a mani with just a bowl of cold water?!?)… But I brought in my own nail polish for my toes and the lady «accidentally» left my polish in her pedi box!!! I had to ask three times to get it back!!! She tried to STEAL my polish!!! I will NEVER go back to this place full of lazy thieves!!!

My mom STILL has issues over a year later with her toe after her first pedicure here! Don’t do it. I stand by my original review!

Actually vowed to never come back after my last visit but was in desperate need of a manicure and was right by the location… figured why not how badly they can mess up a simple manicure. I was pleasantly surprised at how much things changed. She got a tad lazy with the filing and other moments, also wasn’t too gentle when massaging my arms+hands, but I’m happy with the outcome. Decent process, decent service… Its been five years since I’ve been here but I just might be back.

They did do a good job but the shop is so dirty and unkempt it makes you uneasy, not relaxed.

This lady talked to me twice. To try to up-​sell me. The rest of the time she talked to the lady working beside her. Most of the time she wasn’t even looking at my feet as she worked. I imagine my dad would’ve been more gentle than she was. Then to add to it, the paint started chipping within 24 hours. My toenail polish usually lasts weeks!

I had hoped this would be my pedicure place — but after two visits — will keep looking. Today my technician was rude, my heels are as rough as they were when I went in and she attempted to take my polish (I brought my own) —. Sorry Snappy Nails — no more business from me —

I came in on a Saturday. They were short staffed and very busy. No one greeted me and I was ignored until I had to ask someone if there was a list I should put my name on. Then I finally got a pedicure with French tips. The technician kept making the tips too big and crooked and thought that was acceptable. I had to keep telling him to fix it. Then a few days later I noticed the polish was actually PEELING like they used temp polish. I was disappointed that my $ 25 pedicure only lasted a few days when usually they last for weeks when I’ve gone to other salons in the past. I’m never coming back here.

This place refuses service to disabled clients. I was turned away in the middle of having a full set put on because my fingers do not go straight due to a joint disorder. Angel threw her supplies aside, and made fun of me and mocked me. All of this after she kept trying MAKE my fingers go straight by painful pulling them and pushing them down. They asked me to pay for my half done nails… They were really just half done. I asked for the owners name and number and they refused to give it to me.
Be aware that the prices always go up for some reason, they always make one. I let this go for a long time but after I was humiliated, hurt and made fun of I will never go back to this place.

Great place to get Gellish nails done! (like Shellac, but last WAY longer!)
I have been to many nail salons, and this very well might be my new favorite.
I came in fifteen minutes before they closed yet they were extremely nice and said they would definitely do my nails anyways!
The woman knew exactly what she was doing, was not rushed the slightest bit, and didn’t seem bothered when I kept changing my mind about the length of my nails and how thick the white line would be. (I am extremely picky about my nails.)
My french manicure turned out beautifully and two weeks later, they still look like they were done just yesterday :)
Grown out a little bit, but definitely not noticeable.
Will definitely be coming here again!

I went in to Snappy Nails for a shellac manicure yesterday during my lunch hour. They were not busy so they started right away. First of all, two previous reviews mention how clean the place is, but I saw the opposite. Surfaces were dusty and smeared with nail polish. Even the towel she put down under my hands appeared to have smeared nail polish. Overhead lamps were held together with duct tape.
She did my manicure at her station and did a good job, not cutting too much off the cuticles.
Then she had me move to another table at the front for the shellac.
I chose a color, and she started painting. The weird thing was she painted my nails while standing the entire time It felt a bit rushed, the last shellac I had done took much longer. As a result, she missed a few spots on my nails with both the color and the top coat, and she also painted over my cuticles and onto my skin on a couple nails. I didn’t notice the mistakes until after I had left, and unfortunately since it was shellac the color was already baked onto my skin and I couldn’t remove it. Probably nothing anyone else would notice except me.
When it came time to pay she ran my credit card, but then when I went to write the tip onto the receipt she seemed disappointed that I wasn’t giving her cash.
For the price, I expected more attention to detail. I’ll find another place to go for shellac from now on.

Snappy Nails is my favorite pedicure place! Everyone is nice and friendly; the place is clean and you don’t need an appointment (which is great when you never know when the opportunity might arise to get a pedi). During busy times you may need to wait, but they are quick and responsive to get you in a chair.
They have those fun massage chairs to keep you comfy. Go for the deluxe pedicure-​this includes extra massage and paraffin wax treatment. Love it!
This place is no frills; but you get a great pedi at a great price.

Dirty, unfriendly, and horrible manicure.
The nail tech cut my cuticles way too much — even after I asked her 3 times to not cut much. After she cut so close that it started to bleed, (this happened after asking her twice to not cut much), I just wanted it to be over. She took forever to finish a simple manicure — again, after I told her i was in a hurry, she didnt listen to that either.
I suggest to stay away from here.

Clean place, fast service even when busy.
Can sometimes be difficult to understand staff, but if you tell them what you want you will not be disappointed!
