History

Established in 1981.

Originally named Mar Lus in 1979 the salon was purchased & opened for business in the Garden Center location in Bromfield. In 1981 the salon then moved across the way to Nickel street where it stayed until 1984 and was renamed Sage Creek Hair Salon. When the Depot hill location was built September of 84, Sage Creek moved into a nice new building that we have called home ever since.

The year was 1999 & I needed a part time job to pay for gas. My mom had been working at Sage Creek as the receptionist since 1997 and the then owner Pam hired me on the afternoon/​evening & weekend shift as the receptionist. I worked off & on until 2002 when I graduated high school. My parents also purchased the salon from Pam at that time. I thought I wanted to pursue a career as a veterinarian so off to college I went. 6 months later I returned home and it was off to beauty school for me. In 2004 I started my life calling as a cosmetologist. With in 2 years I became the manager and in 2011 my husband and I purchased the salon. Almost at my 10 year anniversary of doing what I am most passionate about I am going stronger then ever! I LOVE WHAT I DO
