Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

This would be 0 stars if it wasn’t for Kitty the dispatcher. She was incredibly helpful and is the only reason Roto Rooter kept our business tonight! Our issue was not resolved by the technician which is why I can’t give 5 stars– although kitty deserves 5. She was persistent in keeping me updated and was able to get someone who was not initially going to answer our calls to come back and attempt to fix our issue for the second time. Thank you Kitty!

After a a granite company royally screwed us over, Rotor Rooter saved us. When the granite company left. They took a bunch of sink parts and didn’t give us parts for the sinks we bought from them. They also left us with a leak.
Rotor Rooter answered my desperate call at 9:30 on a Friday night. They offered crisis services but we decided to wait and they were able to schedule us for 9 – 11 the next morning. I am taking a star off as they were an hour late and we had to cancel or afternoon appointments due to the tardiness. Our service man was Bob Griffon, he was delightful to work with and extremely helpful. He gave us several option and ended up teaching us a lot too.
From now on Rotor Rooter and Bob will be our go to plumbers!

Unbelievable. The guy arrived and wanted $ 300 bucks to snake my drain. After a $ 40 discount coupon. No way. I called a local plumber who will do it for half that. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

The Broomfield Roto Rooter came after hours for our plumbing emergency. They resolved the problem quickly. The workman was very careful to keep everything clean, while explaining everything as he was doing it. There is even a 6 month guarantee!
We were very impressed and will use the Broomfield Roto Rooter again if needed in the future.

Excellent response and no silly fee for justing showing up like all the other plumbing services. Their representative, Keith, was not only courteous and compassionate, but best of all experienced and did an outstanding job! My kitchen sink drain had become separated inside the wall and had been leaking, unbeknownst, for a while Into the basement. After I removed a part of the ruined sheet rock, Keith did a tremendous job fixing a hard to reach fitting. Highly recommended!
