Rainbow Tree Pre-School

This place is incredible. I sent both my children here, each for 2 years from ages 3 – 5.
We tried another pre-​school before this and my daughter wasn’t getting much individual attention and we got a recommendation for Rainbow Tree and it turned out to be the best thing we could have done.
It’s a small school with an amazingly caring staff and community feel. Both my children learned a ton, both academically and socially and they’re better for it.
Judy runs this school like it’s her family and does everything she can to make it a great place, even adding in a Spanish option despite it not being her language.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rainbow Tree.

We moved to the area right before the school year and to help ease my daughter leaving her friends we enrolled her to Rainbow Tree. We absolutely LOVED it. We have to move again and are so sad to leave this wonderful place. It’s smaller which I love, small classroom sizes, and the teachers are awesome! Judy is amazing director and you can tell she has had years and years of experience.
I love the small community feeling of the school. They allow the students to learn through play which is exactly what I hoped for her age. She was only 2.5 when she started. They do set goals for the kids too. Over the school year she was able to write most of her name. She would come home singing the songs she learned, talking about letter sounds, numbers. It’s not jut about content but the teachers also help the kids develop their fine and gross motor skills with different activities.
I can’t say enough about how much we love this place. They did a cute Thanksgiving pot luck, a sweet Mother’s Day lunch that made me teary, each holida the kids had a special snack time and the end of the year program was adorable. I love their little play ground and there is a school pet. My daughter loved her teacher and so did I! I was able to volunteer in her class a few times and she did so well with the kids. She had all sorts of different activities for them every morning that helped them learn. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Rainbow Tree is.

This small PreSchool is amazing. Both of my children changed for the better in one school year. They learned everything from colors, numbers, shapes, courtesy, manners… etc. The staff is not there to collect a paycheck. They have a genuine personal concern for the children. The last day of school was difficult since the children became attached to the teachers and vice-​versa. I would highly recommend this PreSchool!
