I’m rating this 5 stars because of the kind of wash it is. It is safe if you have high end rims on your car like me just be cautious entering the way and Peek out your window to check because there is metal bars on either side. The line can be a long wait but who cares, it’s nice to get your whip all cleaned up after a long road trip. I got the full package ($ 11). It smells so good inside my car when getting this wash.

$ 2.75 for 3 minutes of wash time is not nearly enough and only serves to make you put in another $ 2.75 to finish getting the soap off your car when the time ran out from the initial wash. WILL NOT be coming back and most certainly WILL NOT recommend to anyone.

It’s always a pleasant surprise to find a do-​it-​yourself carwash that is not stuck in the pre-​credit card era. This place allows you to use your card at all of its stations! (And you don’t even have to do the annoying multi-​swipe to add time thing – just swipe once and when you’re done it will tell you the total.)
The price was good too! I took my time and washed my car pretty well and it was still under $ 9. Which is a great deal considering the last automatic place I went to charged me $ 12 and left a huge dirt-​stripe down the center of my car.
I didn’t see a place to pull off to dry my car, which was a downside. But overall I was impressed with the experience.
I hate automatic carwashes, so I’m happy to see there is a place near me that has a do-​it-​yourself option.

Never again! I have used this car wash 2 times and both times they overcharged my credit card. This time, I
used the self service wash. Should have been a $ 3.05 charge. I checked today and I got charged $ 11.00 … Total Rip off … go anywhere else!

Won’t return!!! After going here about once every two weeks, I will not return. Seems the place may have a new owner or manager. The former owner/​manager added a personal touch that the new one doesn’t get. He is rude and not customer focused. He was willing to inconvenience me and lose my business.

So what is the criteria for rating an essentially self-​service car wash, well let me tell you:
–Cleanliness — 5 Stars. This place looks and appears to be relatively new. It is clean and doesn’t have that sketchy vibe of some SS car wash locations
–Options — 5 Stars. I should rate this lower because it ends up costing me more money, but they have all the options you will want when washing your car.
–Busy — 5 Stars. I have never had to wait
–Vacuum– 3 Stars. Doesn’t seem as strong as other locations I have been too and won’t take credit card.

System never accepts my Visa debit card. Tried three times in the past month. Have to back up out of there and ask people behind me to move. Never again. Go to Waterways instead.

It is cool that this car wash is «green» and touchless, but I don’t think I will be going back. I still have dirt on my car, and it took me 30 min in line (with only 3 cars in front of me) to get it washed. Wasn’t worth my time or money.

This is really handsdown the best car wash I’ve ever used. A bit hard to find at first because they’re behind Sonic and have no sign on the side of the road. I’d give five stars if it weren’t for occasional lack of space to dry the car after using the full service bay and the fact that the blow dryers in that bay don’t work as well as I’d like — but the Colorado heat in the summer makes up for that. I also got a scratch on one of the car doors when vaccuuming because they use a stone relief at exactly the height where a car door swings open. One push of the wind or leaning against the open door will do the damage. The credit card reader is a bit finnicky. Often have to swipe multiple times to get it to process my card. No receipts. The green concept and brushless car wash make up for the minor inconveniences. Well worth it.

I enjoy washing and detailing my car but in the winter in Colorado it gets old very fast, especially after weekly trips to mountains for skiing. I loathe any wash that touches my car and so far my options have been pretty much limited. I did find some places that have touchless wash, but usually there is only one arm moving around your vehicle so the coverage is marginal at best.
First thing I liked about this place was that there are no «guiding rails» for the raised platform for your left front wheel to sit on, in order to activate the wash. If you have low profile tires with alloy wheels, it is extremely easy to damage the lip of the wheels by driving too close to those rails. With this arrangement there is virtually no chance of you rubbing your expensive alloy wheels against the rails and getting «curb rashes» on the wheel.
The washing system has multiple nozzles dedicated to washing their assigned area instead of one arm rotating around the vehicle like most other places. Three nozzles are attached to the overhead arm that can rotate to face front of the car, the ceiling and rear of the car. Also, since this overhead arm positions itself depending on the shape of your car, your rear /​hatch area gets more attention than other washers. The system also has washer nozzles attached to the moving pillars on the both side of the vehicle so there is no multitasking going on here, and that is a good thing.
I was delighted to find that lower side skirt areas and the rear of my car was washed as well as the front due to those dedicated nozzles. I opted for the extreme wash ($ 11) and yes it is a little bit expensive but still a good value compared to $ 9 for other touchless washing places which can’t even get bird poo off the paint.
Dryer was pretty solid as well. Instead of having you drive under a dryer as you exit, the same machinery also goes around your vehicle and dries it evenly. It still isnt as good as you hand drying the car with a towel but then what is?
One area I’d like to see an improvement in is to have increased water pressure (or more time) when the washer nozzles are facing the front of the car. After the ski trip last Sunday, a lot of mud had gotten on my front bumper and caked on solid. The wash was able to get most of it off but considering I opted for the top of the line wash, I think it could have been a bit better.
Even with that, I’m pretty satisfied and I will be taking all my automated wash needs to this place from now on.

Just moved to the area from San Francisco; drove out. There were 1200 miles and last week’s snow fall worth of dirty 2004 black Lexus IS 300 to clean.
Found PureClean online and watched the video. I was impressed and intrigued with the how the washing robot/​machine operated. The environmentally friendly processing of the car wash chemicals, water and electricity production also appealed to me.
I called the car wash wondering if the machine would get a very dirty car clean and what it would cost. There are several options in my neighborhood, the Flatirons «Mall Land» in LouisBroomSuperior. The owner Michael Campbell picked up the phone call, forwarded to his cell at 9AM on a Saturday morning. I was impressed.
$ 7-​$ 10 for the touchless/​automatic wash and yes was the answer to his system being able to handle a very dirty car.
I chose the $ 8/“Deluxe” wash. Great value is the bottom line. I was very happy with the quality of the wash and general operation of the facility.
There are lower price point self wash options as well as vacuums, fragrance and car detailing product vending to add to PureClean’s value prop. Payment is easy with cards being accepted at POS, as well as an available paper to coin machine.
I called Michael back to offer my feedback as I had promised after our first chat earlier in the morning. We chatted about the business for 20 minutes at least. I was impressed with the care this gentleman has for the quality and value of his product and for his customers and business generally speaking.
PureClean is a great concept, executed with excellence. I will return to Michael’s business and happily support PureClean. KUDOS Mr. Campbell.

I have recently moved out to Colorado and I was really amazed at how nasty the truck gets during the winter months… and what I’ve experienced the spring months as well.(Who knew it would snow in April and May?) Anyway, this place is nice and very well maintained. I didn’t go here because of the «green theme» but that is a perk as well I suppose. For me the location is nice, since I just live down the road from here. There is room to dry and detail your truck on the side near the islands. And something I have noticed in Colorado is that the self-​serve bays take CCs. That is a nice feature to have instead of running over to insert change while trying to make sure the hose doesn’t smack into the truck or you!
All in all, it is a nice wash site. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg as well, but usually I can get out of there with spending about $ 7. Keep in mind I have a big truck and I usually wash the motor bay, the wheel wells, and try to get the undercarriage as well. This is during the winter too, so maybe the summer will run me close to $ 5.
A couple times I have shown up and I ran into Ron (I believe is his name), but he is great to talk to. Small talk is nice, it feels like home when you can just talk to a stranger.

I really enjoy this place. You have the option of washing the car yourself, of using the one automated bay. I mix it up depending on my mood and how dirty the car is. The automated bay is great for a regular weekly washing, but you need to get out and scrub after a weekend in the mountains.
They have several change machines, but the thing that I like best is that you can use a credit card in the self-​serve bays as well. I don’t know if I need $ 3 or $ 9, so using the CC allows you to use just what you need. I’m sure people spend more when using the CC, but to me, it makes for a more pleasant experience. I’m still hustling, but I’m not faced with a car that is covered in soap and the need to get change again.
Unlike most self-​serve washes, this one frequently has an attendant ensuring the system is working properly and clean.

Cars get filthy in the winter; sometimes without even trying. The spray kicked up by countless SUVs, pickups and other large vehicles can leave your vehicle filthy, especially if it’s a standard car and the road sprayback can easily collect on your hood, windshield and roof and the front half of your car in general. I saw this place last night and decided to give it a shot today. Damn glad I did — it is now my go-​to place to get the car washed without exception.
Things to like:
1) The place takes credit/​debit cards. No fretting if you don’t carry cash. (Caveat: You *MUST* press the «stop sign» on the touch panel when you’re done — because that meter will keep ticking. No clue how far it’d go if you fail this simple but essential task…)
2) The pressure. from the spray wand: It’s *STRONG*. Not gutless like I’ve seen at various other spray-​n-​washes over the years. And it’s not icy cold water, and it’s not hot water either… it’s *just right*. Happy car, and happy me not dealing with icy sprayback.
3) *THE PRICE*. In an area close to Flatirons Crossing mall, you possibly expect subconsciously to pay a premium for things. Not so this place. This business charges a $ 2 minimum charge, and basically runs it like a taxi — I believe you get 2 seconds for every 1 penny you get charged. My elapsed time was 5m 20s, and cost me $ 2.60. And I got a far better wash, with more options (see below), than a drive-​through gas station car wash that’d run me $ 7 min, or up to $ 10 for an «ultimate». Bah. No longer will I have to suffer average washes…
4) Your options: are many in number. Presoak. Soapy spray (what I dove for, I don’t have a snooty-​snoo Mercedes that needs presoak: p). Tire cleaner. Clearcoat protectant. Got a car soaking in mag chloride? They have a special setting/​substance to clean that off. Want it Rain-X’d? You can do that here too. A final rinse setting, of course. And if it’s so grimy that the powerful spray won’t sluice through the dirt, I believe they have soap brushes you can use, too.
Finally:
5) Environmentally friendly. The owner apparently believes in being very eco-​friendly, and walks the walk too: photo-​voltaic solar cells on the roof to capture the sun’s energy and convert it to electricity, Ultra High Efficiency boilers to heat water snow melt systems, thereby decreasing demand for natural gas, while reducing our carbon footprint; a water reclaim system that cleans and recycles a key limited natural resource; and environmentally safe detergents.
They have 5 self-​serve pays and 1 «touchless» automatic wash, as well as 2 vacuum islands and detailing capability on 2 stations. I’ve pretty much repeated everything from their small but informative website. You can also buy gift cards from $ 20 upwards and discount even more, up to 20% off.
It’s a shame most self-​serve car washes aren’t run this well or this cleanly. All that being said, the smart money’s on paying for what you use and dumping your visit on a credit or debit card — *just be sure to press the stop sign on the touch screen when you’re done*. Dollars cheaper than most drive throughs, and a better result too.
