Omni Interlocken Hotel

Nice hotel, front desk staff is so kind and helpful. Their sports bar is fun, and service is very good as well. Clean facilities, and accommodated a conference I attended there very nicely. I had a great view looking over the mountains, absolutely breathtaking.

My company chose the Omni for our Christmas party. It’s a nice hotel. I remember it being more opulent when I stayed there 10 years ago, but it is still nice. There is ample room for 700 people to have a party. The food was delicious (I think it was anyway, as I had to take care of an «incident» that left me with a cold plate of food).
The room is nice. The linens could be softer, and the bed a bit more comfortable. But overall, this is a very nice hotel.

As with all the Omni Hotels I have stayed out, the customer service is second to none. From check-​in, to middle of the night room service, to the housekeeping… there is not an employee here that is not friendly and helpful. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable.
We got a Première King room, which was on the 9^th floor. The balcony faces the Rockies and Flatirons, that is absolutely stunning at sunrise and sunset. The size of the room is of typical size. The bathroom is average size as well, with good water pressure in the shower. The TV is at least 42in maybe 48in. The king size bed was very comfortable. There was also a small drink fridge, safe, and desk area. All nice, but of typical resort size and quality.
What makes this hotel stand out, and why I prefer Omni Hotels wherever I stay, is the customer service. I wish I could do more than write a positive review, since my words truly dont do them justice in a world where customer service has grown cold. You can tell the employees are treated well, and empowered to do what they can to make guests happy.
TIP: Get a Omni Select Guest account, its free, and you can sign up on their website. Once you have it, it gives your free WiFi for your stay, 2 shirts pressed, 2 shoe shines, every morning free drink delivery (coffee, tea, juice etc).
We will be back again!

We have stayed at third hotel several times for concerts and just to get away. We love the pools, hot tub, bar/​restaurant, spa.

I was hoping to post a very different review.
I booked a room through
. In the room request, I specified «away from ice machines and elevators». When I checked in at something like 1:30am, I had a room at the end of a hall, and thought that would be perfect.
Breakfast in the Meritage was pretty good the next morning, although construction work me up early. Off to work I went.
That evening, after dining in the hotel tap room restaurant, I noticed there still seemed to be a lot of construction going on near my room. Really close to my room. Adjacent to my room, actually. In fact, the desk is shaking – what’s going on here?
It was late enough that I called downstairs to ask when the construction would stop. There was no construction, but the woman at the front desk realized that it was probably the service elevator – with the shaft of which my room SHARED A WALL.
The reason this hotel gets two stars is because of their service. Everyone was incredibly nice. They immediately offered to move me to another room, but I had JUST finished unpacking everything, and the elevator was supposed to be off at 11pm, so I said I’d deal with it.
At 11:30pm, I called downstairs to ask them to turn off the service elevator, because it was still on.
It was also my alarm clock at 5:40am. Specifically, the grinding, jackhammer shaking of the wall and desk woke me up from a sound sleep.
Downstairs at the grab-​and-​go, they were out of coffee. Yeah, re-​read that.
I bought some earplugs and the last night went better (it was only one more night, and switching rooms is about as much of a pain as is wearing earplugs). But no one should have ever been put in that room. It was uninhabitably loud.
I wrote Omni, which said they’d get back to me in 48 hours. Nope.
When they did write back, they said «We’ll do better next time, and note that you’re not supposed to be near an elevator.» That didn’t work the first time, so I didn’t have a lot of confidence. I said so, and the Front Office Manager set up a time to call me.
He forgot to call.
When we eventually spoke, he offered nothing but to, again, do better next time. He also said they’d match my previous rate for a new reservation, and would email me a confirmation. I wasn’t expecting my money back, but at least comp one of the meals I had in your restaurant because I was too tired to drive anywhere else!
After a week, when no email had arrived, I sent a cancellation – and stopped my company from pursuing a corporate rate with the Omni.
I went to the Renaissance a couple blocks away and there’s no comparison. Check out my review of that one. Five stars!
This reads like a one-​star review, but again, the staff at the hotel itself were so empathetic and professional that another is salvaged. They were really lovely – and I hope they wind up at the Renaissance, where the hotel will match their quality.

From the moment we stepped foot in this resort we experienced sincerity great customer service. From the door man to the front desk to housekeeping. This resort is very staff friendly, clean, upgraded, comfy and perfect for a short visit getaway from San Diego, California.

Great place. We got a special rate and really enjoyed the hotel. Nice grounds pool and bar. Especially liked the fire pits cause it was a chilly night. Bar food could be better but everything else was great. Nice room! Would def stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel!!! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!!! The outdoor heated pools were a huge selling point for us and didn’t disappoint!!! Once in we didn’t want to get out!!!
The food was phenomenal! Normally we would go find a restaurant but the food was so good we ate at the hotel most of the time. You have to try the fish and chips at the Tap Bar! Best fish I’ve ever tasted. The fish was moist, flaky, and sweet with lightly seasoned batter! Yum! The breakfast buffet was amazing. Fruit jams that tasted like you were biting into a fresh fruit! Cheese, sausages, pancakes, omelettes made to order, bacon, oatmeal… all made with fresh ingredients!
The shower was relaxing! The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Pillows and all!!! The halls were quiet and the atmosphere was comfortable for both semi-​formal and casual. The view from our room was breathtaking. The grounds had a bridge over a small waterfall.
We have no complaints at all.
Join the free loyalty program because once you’ve stayed here you’ll definitely be back! It allows you to pick your pillow type, room location (mountain view, near elevator, end, etc). You can request noise machines; basically anything you’ll need to have a relaxing stay.
Our stay was comparable to being on a cruise. We were pampered like royalty!!!

My favorite place to stay in the greater Denver area (even when my meetings are down south in Centennial/​Englewood)

What’s not to like?

Visited for a wedding a few weekends back. Overall, nice resort but not sure if it truly qualifies as a four star hotel. Yes, the resort is expansive with the right amenities (pool, gym, spa, golf course, restaurants) but the quality is lacking.
Service was slow. The first day, we ate at the hotel restaurant as well as pool-​side. Both times, waited forever for initial service, drinks, and then food. The quality of the food was mediocre to fair at best. The next day, we left the omni to eat elsewhere.
The pool is beautiful but we couldn’t enjoy it as there were no available pool-​side lounges or chairs as the area was over-​crowded. Both days there were no towels due to insufficient supply. By the time I got a towel (the pool attendant just told me to keep checking back for a freshly cleaned batch) and made it to a cement spot near the pool (no chairs), I didn’t go in because the water was murky– I could barely see the bottom. I have been to more hygienic public pools.
For the discounted rate we paid, the place was adequate but at full price, I would have been utterly disappointed. I will not return.

Wonderful hotel with amazing breakfast at the Meritage right downstairs. Large open spaces in the lobby and very comfortable beds and pillows in the rooms. We got a room with a balcony on the tenth floor looking towards the mountains and the views were spectacular, especially the sunsets. The hotel is also conveniently located by the highway that makes the drive to Denver or Boulder very quick. A definite recommendation.

Really fantastic hotel. We checked in on a Sunday after a busy weekend in Boulder. We had the Sunday Funday package and were greeted with mimosas and a complimentary upgrade to a king room with a mountain view. We spend our one day stay relaxing at one of the two pools, taking a bike ride on their complimentary bikes, and enjoying our lovely room. The staff really made our stay. They were kind, quick, and appear to enjoy their jobs. So worth the distance from Boulder.

I absolutely love this hotel! Great views, great service, great food! And the bell boys, totally off the charts and will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is a fantastic one

Fantastic hotel. I first came here for work in the winter and the ambiance was really quite magical. My return was no less impressive except this time it was spring. As is usual upon staying here eating at their restaurant is pretty nice and definitely convenient however, their sports bar is really the enjoyable place to visit for me.
It’s clear that the guests think so too and what is great is their service. They check on you often and are quick with service overall. 2 pool tables and lots of TVs and you can really enjoy a nice night cap here.
I am partial to this hotel when in CO and will only be back to visit for then next 6 – 8 months off and on. I’ll miss the Omni once the holiday season comes because I sadly won’t be back to CO after that.
I encourage travelers to stay at Omni because their rooms are too quite nice. Beds comfortable and they actually give you blankets and a comforter unlike some hotels that give you a coverlet to freeze under. Omni is much nicer than that.

Really disappointed in what was supposed to be an awesome hotel. Everything looked great in the lobby. Staff was professional even at a late hour. But when I got to my room the bathroom was a mess. The toilet was not flushed and there were towels in the sink that were used along with some opened items. After that, I couldn’t get comfortable in the room.

Set on a rolling expanse of green, the Omni resort boasts refined décor with a few touches of old-​world luxury. Its a traditional hotel that stays true to your expectations of what a hotel should look like. My single king room was pretty basic, yet clean and welcoming.
This hotel had two on-​site restaurants, and an extensive list of dining options via room service. Also has two outdoor heated pools, fitness center, on-​site spa and a steam room.
Be aware, though, that the prices are steep for food, and wifi isn’t free unless you’re a part of their loyalty program.

We love the Omni. Even though we live close by we have stayed here for a weekend staycation just to get away and enjoy the pool, spa, and restaurant. We love it so much we hosted our family reunion here. They were wonderful to work with, priced well for such a quality hotel, and we booked the penthouse for the first evening Welcome party. The penthouse has beautiful views of the front range and we also booked the adjoining room to make it a 2 bedroom. They have a little kids activity club with fun welcome kits and fun kids activities… Just make sure to get a schedule from the front desk.
The pool is heated and very attractive. They have «dive in» movies for the kids in the summer. You can also see the most of the Jeffco air shows from the pool. Huge conference center and business room space. Catering is affordable and they have a courtesy shuttle to local restaurants, mall and movies. Check out the schedule for the free summer concerts at Flatirons mall.
Great location off HWY 36 between Boulder and Denver.

I have stayed at the Omni on multiple occasions and have planned a company holiday event here, and the level of customer service here takes the cake. Everyone I’ve worked with has been friendly, professional, accommodating, and they always aim to please.
The hotel and grounds are kept in excellent shape, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
I have had great experiences dining at Meritage for breakfast, and with the catered food at our company party. Everything was delicious, and they are more than helpful when it comes to accommodating various I food allergies.
My only wish is that their pool was indoors so it could be used in the winter. Other than that, I have yet to have a negative experience at this Omni. The staff is always cheerful and helpful — I will always appreciate great customer service, and the Omni has it in spades!

Rooms were nice and the amenities are impressive. Came for a conference and had a nice stay. The young lady at check in was borderline rude but other than that the staff was great. (The reason for 4 and not 5 stars.) When the nightly rate is close to $ 200 I expect friendly service and not attitude.

We love this hotel! The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The décor in the hotel and rooms are beautiful and modern. They do a great job at keeping everything so clean and beautifully landscaped.
We attend a few events here throughout the year. Our friends own the Denver International Wine Festival and the events are located here every year. We look forward to these events and take advantage of staying after a fun night eating and drinking.
I have visited the spa that is located at the Omni and enjoyed the experience. Their pool area is great as well. I highly recommend the Omni to anyone needing a super nice hotel at a reasonable price. It’s located by a great mall and tons of good restaurants.
