GNC

After being a GNC customer for years this store has turned me off from the whole brand. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of products from them over the years.
Last month I went in there to buy more protein and my gold card was expired, so I renewed it and paid my $ 15 due. Today I revisited the same location to purchase more protein and an employee informed me that my gold card needed to be renewed. After explaining that I had just paid my $ 15 last month he insisted that I had not. Over and over again he tried to tell me that I didn’t renew my card and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible customer service! They just lost a life long, valuable customer over $ 15.
Way to go guys I am sure that is the business model that corporate expects from you… NOT!
Employees at this location do not care about the customer!

I Love this GNC by far & it’s the best servie, info from I think the manager and the deals they have! Everytime I go in the guys are always helpful and I don’t feel like they are talking down or trying to see me some B.S. for one I know my supplements being a certified personal trainer that doesn’t train people because, well I hate it. And now that I just got my cert. in Nutrition I’m always going in and looking at ingredients. These guys like most GNC are in great shape and don’t over talk me or try to basically pawn their ideas on me, but rather more are informative when I do ask for their opinion or knowledge on a certain ingredient. I like to ask question I already know answers to, to see if they on my wave length of knowledge and so far they are On POINT. There are always things on sale and I like just going in just to see what deal they got. Usually I’m not a GNC fan, but when I need my supplements asap because I can’t wait a week, I hit GNC up and this is the place to go for sure.
