Firestone Complete Auto Care

I came in to get a nail repair on a BMW run flat tire that had no other damage to my tread. They wouldn’t fix my tire and told me I couldn’t drive off the lot, even though I was on run flats. I ended up having to get a tow truck to a cheaper place. They try to rip you off and were a waste of my day and time.

Very pleased with how Travis the service manager treated me and well he communicates. I came in with a drained battery issue and they exceeded my expectations by fixing my issue for $ 15 and never tried tried to offer me services I really didn’t need. He listened and gave me great advice.

They would not honor my coupon after I waited a week for my service apt. I read the coupon to them when I initially called for the appointment, requesting this service… When I asked the female out front who is her boss to discuss this, she said she was. She could not provide her managers number. I do not recommend any work here. They lost a few customers after this occurred. I prefer an honest company who honors their mistakes. Be careful when you set up an appointment with a coupon and they appear to honor it until you get there. I called customer service several times but even though they agreed with me, did not follow through. They attempted to send me elsewhere but apparently did not explain the situation causing me to waste hours of time. There Is not much to say about customer service when they too don’t follow up either!

Sande was a decent service rep. Not his fault that he only had 2 guys that showed up for work that day — though I wonder why he would tell me to come in at 4:00 PM for tires the same day he knew he was short-​staffed.
Very honest shop. I went in to have 2 tires replaced. I left with a simple removal of a nail in one and a patch installed. Not that many places would have been that honest — the tires would have made them significantly more money.
Smallish waiting area with coffee and a water fountain. I was mostly annoyed at the waiting time. I arrived at 4 PM for my appointment and did not leave the facility until around 5:30 PM. Perhaps I am spoiled by Discount Tire. Honestly, if Discount Tires were allowed to carry Firestone tires I would probably just go back there.
Not a horrible experience overall and the shop and waiting area were kept clean. More disappointed in the lack of respect for my time — although Sande did keep me informed of progress updates on my vehicle.
Also hats off to Chris for discovering the nail and offering the patch instead of an upsell on the tires.

Fantastic service! Sande is always there and always very helpful! They fit me in during the busiest time of year when everyone needed snow tires! They were able to find and pick up a replacement tire for my car on the same day when there was only 1 available in the denver area! Just amazing people all around. I come to them whenever I need anything for my car.

Where do I start? They had to order my tires, because they did not have the correct size in stock. They did have a larger tire, but I specifically told them I wanted the tires rated for my vehicle. It took 3 days to get them in, so I set an appointment and then waited 1.5 hours for them to install the new tires. A week later, I realized they put on the wrong tires and it appears they never ordered the correct size and installed a larger tire.
I called and they said they would order the correct size. After a week, I had to call again as they still hadn’t ordered them. I finally received a call about 3 days later as they got the correct size in. I set another appointment and after an hour sitting there they informed they ordered the wrong size again and wouldn’t be able to get the right tires in for 2 weeks…
So needless to say, I returned the tires and went somewhere else. Set an appointment, wait 1.5 hours, get the wrong tires purposely installed. Stay away!!!

Tires: 4 stars. First time here for this, so I don’t want to go 5 stars just yet. Gave me an excellent recommendation which was different from the tires I originally picked out. Service was excellent. Other services: so so, hence 2 stars. Consumers have a lot of options and when I go to a brand for my car maintenance I need good value for my money. They recommended an alignment when I had tires put on. I came back for that a few weeks later. They took a bit longer than the initial estimate but did only the rear (i.e. half the job for the full price).
Then I asked for a quote on shocks and struts. Their estimate came to a more than 100% markup on the retail price for parts and the same for labor: double the amount of time it would take someone to do the job in their driveway. It seems I can’t recommend Firestone.

I wish t could give them ZERO star! Their tires are relatively cheap but they’re defective and deadly dangerous! I had four tires replaced at this place. But a few months later and at less than 20,000 miles, I noticed some problems in my car like shaking steering wheel and back tires noise. So I got my car back to these guys, and they looked at the tires and said the four tires are chopped/​cupped. I told them it has not been a year since I got them, so what the hell caused that! They said it’s because the struts damaged them! I looked at the struts and they were not leaking oil at all! I asked them about the warranty and they said no warranties when the damage is caused by the struts! They gave me over $ 1500 estimate to replace the struts, and the tires.
I didn’t believe them on the struts, so I took my car to the dealer maintenance service and they said that the struts are OK and the problem is just in the tires. They even told me that they have seen the same problem with Firestone tires and these tires have a pretty bad reputation. So I replaced the four tires with Yokohama and the problem went away.
Lesson learned, Firestone is the worst tires I have ever tried and their warranty is just a joke. They don’t want to acknowledge that their tries are crap, so they said the tires were damaged by the struts to make their customers fool!
Needless to say that I won’t go to anyplace with a Firestone sign!

Generally speaking, I’ve had good service with them. However, buyer beware. They are big are trying to sell you more service than you need. They like to put the fear in you that your car’s in grave danger. Always go out and have them show you what they find. Don’t take their word for it. I overheard the manager tell a trainee that they make only 7 cents on the dollar for tire service but around 78 cents on the dollar for other service, such as oil chalnges

Under promise, over deliver! I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation with their summer special. I was greeted and checked in immediately for my 4 pm appointment weekday appointment.
Since it was such a great deal (I found online) I really expected a hard upsell and they didn’t do any of that. I waited onsite and since they said it would be an hour I brought plenty of reading material. In about 50 minutes I was being checked out by another friendly person and was on my way.
Everybody in this place seemed friendly and helpful, as I overheard other customers being helped, too. I would definitely use them again!
