All Corners Carpet Cleaning

This company is great to work with. They are really flexible and have gone out of their way to make day/​times work. O have used them twice in the past 6 months and each time they have done an incredible job. Cindy is a pleasure to talk with and Scott is a worker. he keeps his head down and busts it out. Scott is also knowledgeable and will walk you through your house after cleaning to show you the spots that don’t come out (i.e. nail polish).
The first cleaning was done out our house we sold and had the carpets cleaned for our buyers. the second was in our new home prior to move in. the previous owner had a dog and cat and the house was a bit odorous. We initially asked for the basic cleaning over the phone. When Scott arrived we bombarded him with additional requests. We wanted to get the carpet sanitized and deodorized and he agreed. They use a natural citrus for the deodorizing and then we wanted the carpet stain treated; this all added time for Scott to complete the work but he did it with out batting an eye and knocked it out in less then two hours. No that the carpets are dry, they look amazing!
I highly recommend them as they are easy to work with, dependable, efficient and do good work.

I’m a fan of family owned, local businesses and really wanted to love this company. I found a groupon for $ 59 for 3 rooms cleaned. I only needed a medium sized living room, hallway and stairs done so I called the company directly figuring they’d get more money if we bypassed groupon. I spoke to the owner, Cindy, and explained to her that my baby had just started crawling and that I needed to have my carpets professionally cleaned. They weren’t bad by any means, but we had a few stains that would go away with our Hoover carpet cleaner only to come back again days later. Cindy explained that home machines only have 30 psi whereas their machines have 1000 psi which made for better water extraction. My machine left water behind which is what caused the stains. She said they could go ahead and clean the areas I needed done for $ 65 and could be there the next day. Done! Scott showed up at 130 pm, on time and friendly. He set up and finished all 3 areas in half an hour. I was surprised but wrote him a check anyway. As we were walking out, I noticed my carpet felt pretty wet. And I mean WET! Scott said this was normal and that it would be dry in 5 hours. After he left I nearly slipped on my tile from how wet my feet were from the carpet so I pulled out my Hoover and set it to water extraction only. I sucked up nearly half a canister full of water!!! What? I thought their machine was stronger than mine? So I called Cindy back on my cell. No answer and no call back. Called her from my landline, sure enough she picks up. Aha! Gotcha. I explained to her what happened. She seemed irritated and tried rushing me off the phone saying she’ll ask her tech. Ask him what? I asked her to please have him call me back so he could extract the left over water from the stairs since I didn’t have the attachment for that. An hour later Scott called me back and explained to me that he did the best he could for $ 65. That the amount I paid equaled a wet carpet because he wasn’t going to spend hours sucking the carpet dry. Ummm… It took me 5 minutes with my 5 year old POS. He argued with me until I finally said I’ll just call Cindy back. 4 more calls later, nothing. Finally Scott calls back and said he will finish the job but that I, the customer, had to crawl into my front yard bushes to turn on my water because he’s not doing it. Seriously!!! He said there was dog poop every where. I looked and yes there was one piece… 10 feet away from where he needed to be. So I picked it up I was so irritated I told him to forget it and that I’ll call Cindy again. He yells at me «ok! I’ll just crawl through the sh*t!!» and hangs up on me. Wow, real professional. Cindy never returned my calls nor my husbands. Scott did return and spent another half hour here. Not sure how much good it did because my carpets are still damp… It’s been 22 hours. And there’s a large, dark, 3 foot outline type stain in front of my kitchen that wasn’t there before. Oh and big surprise… I checked my bank account at 6 am this morning… They already cashed my check. Geesh! Nothing a call to the bank won’t fix.

Absolutely would use this company again. Scott did an amazing job on the carpet in my home. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He even asked what type of stain was on the carpet so he knew what to treat it with. Then he redid the parts of the carpet he had just cleaned after I walked over it wearing rock climbing shoes and left black marks all over. I used a Groupon and deal and it was an awesome deal.

I got an Amazon local deal for carpet cleaning and I was able to get service scheduled for a Saturday afternoon right after purchase.
Scott, the tech that came out was professional and efficient in his cleaning. I knew there would be upcharges for additional services (pre treatment for pet stains, teflon treatment) and their charges were reasonable.
Overall the 5 areas cleaned came out better than I expected. The high traffic area’s cleaned up well and I prey the teflon treatment helps keep them purdy I would use All Corners Carpet Cleaning again.

Awesome! All Corners did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and even did an extra staircase for free. The man was really friendly, nice, fast and efficient. I had bought a Living Social Deal and would highly recommend them.

I bought one of the specials from Urban Delight or one of the other daily coupon sites. I called as soon as I bought it to make the appointment. The woman that answered was not very polite and said they could not get us on the schedule for another 6 weeks. I then requested she call me if she had any cancellations. She was very hesitant to commit to that. So, I told her that had I known they were scheduling that far out, I would not have purchased. I have never had a carpet company tell me they are booked 6 weeks/can’t fit me in! Needless to say, she called back that afternoon. The technician arrived, he was nice enough. But 2 spots I paid extra for did not come out as he said they would. When I called to make an appt. to have them come and do the spots again, the same woman informed me that I would have to pay again and was very crass in telling me so. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. I will make sure any carpet cleaning company that I buy a coupon from, if ever again, guarantees their work. I used a little soap and water on the couch spot and got it out myself! They must use lousy products as well…

Used them again for a third time, and yes this is def. the place to get good reliable service at a fair price, they did an excellent job~!
