Advance Towing and Used Auto Parts

My friend’s car broke down in Louisville. I called Advance towing while driving up to meet her and they were there by the time I got there. The driver (didn’t get his name, just moved from Nebraska?) was so nice and so helpful. And the price was very fair! Would definitely use them again!

These guys had the best rate for a motorcycle tow. Spoke with Tony and he gave me an honest estimate. Driver was prompt and nice enough. Would recommend these guys without reservation. This was an expensive, but unfortunately necessary ordeal and these guys made it easy and convenient. Thank you.

My motorcycle broke down the other day and I had to have it towed. I looked online and found this place in my search results. It was nearby and the person I talked to on the phone was nice and didn’t seem to rush things when I had questions about getting a tow. I just had to tell him what I was driving (make, model, year) the location of where I was and where I was going to have the motorcycle towed. He estimated that it would be 45 min. which I did not mind waiting, but would have liked an earlier time. They charged me a flat fee of $ 70 then $ 3 for every extra mile that the destination was from the pick up.
I decided to wait and to my surprise the tow driver got to my location in about 35 min. I honestly was expecting 1 hour at least. The tow driver, Mike, was very helpful and very courteous to me as I had to get the bike onto the bed of the truck and he tied it down.
Upon arrival to the motorcycle shop, I had to check in and get a service filing done for the motorcycle to get worked on. This took about 15 min. I was glad that Mike was not hassling me to hurry up, because I was anyways and didn’t want him to wait too long. When paying finally I did it with credit card and the process was fast as he got my information while writing it all down.
I hate breaking down in any vehicle, so I’m glad the towing company was nice and did not rush things for me. I highly recommend this company for your tows if you are in need!
