Mickey’s Suburban Alignment

I’ve been to these guys about five or six times; admittedly for mostly minor work. They are very honest, accommodating, and efficient. The prices are very reasonable. They matched Tire Racks prices for new tires. They fixed a flat on my wife’s car for free. They have a decent waiting room with the TV and free coffee. You can also go shopping and Produce Junction which is right next door.

So, the dealers love these guys because they do all the insurance work for them. However, if you bring your own classic car in for alignment, they are the worst. Charged me $ 150 for an alignment. Took a week to do it.
2 weeks later parts (shims) fell out and we had to have them do it again, took another week.
A month later I notice severe tire wear on NEW front tires. Measured and the alignment was way off (Toe was out by an inch and a half). Took it back, and they refused to fix it without being paid more money.
I took it to Joe’s Auto in Havertown, and they aligned it perfectly in two hours, charged me 80 bucks. Great guys.
I would never go back to Mickey’s again. Bunch of incompetent, moron, shysters. Now I have to buy 2 new tires.
