Advanced Mold Diagnostics

I noticed the other customer had the same experience I had. Very unprofessional company and owner. I had a $ 1000 initial inspection done and was told no further inspections would be necessary. Once i spoke to them again in about a month after my «buyer» had requested more info they were singing a whole different tune. Took about a month, maybe more to get my report back. Overall experience was downright dreadful. Could not get anyone to return my calls. All I needed was 5 minutes to go over the report and the «owner» Craig Camel rushed me off the phone because he had a conference call but that was a good 15 mins away. I then spoke to another employee and told him to have Craig call me back… do you think he did?
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not sure what their issue is but it clearly shows in their service.

I contacted this company to help me find a leak on a Stucco front of a home. On the initial call they promised that they would find where the leak was coming from and scheduled an inspection and infrared scan of our home. When the supposed Drexel University Graduated Engineer arrive he immediately started talking about needing to tear down our Stucco with out even discovering where the leak came from. During the inspection the «engineer» called out Green paint to be mold and kept trying to scare me with the idea that our home had a mold issue. After paying almost $ 1000 for the inspection and scan it took over a month to get our report and only after about 5 or six calls. I finally received the report and I will me more then happy to share this report with anyone that wants to review their work as you will see that they are completely incompetent and scam artist. I wont even mention the way I was treated by their staff over the phone. None the less they didn’t find the leak, called out green paint as mold in the report and never got back to me.
