This business was formed by John M Carter. After helping several other local companies be established, he ventured into the business of well drilling himself, opening Carter’s Pump & Well Services LLC. This business has 3 generations of backing with qualified experience passed down from father to son in Brooksville, FL.

Mr. Carter was born in 1975 and raised in Brooksville, FL before moving to AL to complete high school and then moving on to join the Army. After 8 years he left the military with an honorable discharge to be employed by Florida Rock Industries as an industrial electrician where he spent 8 years. From there he started his journey on the well and water industry, Bringing him to the present time, as an expert in his field.
