The Pampered Carriage

Bought a groupon as well. Got the interior detailed only, it was so full of dog hair. I feel they did a wonderful job cleaning it. Literally not one dog hair. The only down side is no drop box to drop off hour car the night before and the hours are 9 – 5 Monday through Friday, hard to do when you work.

I should have checked these reviews first, anyway I purchased a Groupon 60 bucks for $ 119 worth of service. I keep my car very clean I purchase a monthly wash past wash it almost every day but I thought I would get a detail job to take care of the (details) that a regular wash and wax don’t cover. So I dropped off my car at 8 o’clock when the website says they open 8 to 5 nobody was there so now I’m late to work I had to leave my cars put my keys in the mailbox cause nobody gets there till nine. I Had my wife pick up the car for me when it was ready and when I got home from work was anxious to see the car I am very very disappointed they did a basic wash minimal wax. my chrome wheels are all smeared up with this shit they put on my tires the windows have water spots all over them the mirrors have fingerprints the car was not buffed out like they said they would. very disappointing take your business elsewhere tried to add photos this stuff won’t show up in the photos but giving a business a negative review don’t benefit me in no way

I called The Pampered Carriage to see if they would be able to get an oil spill out of my trunk. I saw a groupon for them, so I thought I would give them a call. Turns out the trunk would not be included with the groupon. I decided to call around to get other quotes, who wouldn’t? That is called being wise.
All the while I was speaking with the representative, Jim, he was pressuring me to bring my car in. The times he had available were not conducive to my schedule, and I would have had to move around a lot to bring in the car.
After I told Jim I was going to call around, and I would call him back if I could bring the car in, I ended the call. He then proceeded to call me back to harass me more to bring in the car right away. He said it was imperative to get it cleaned right away. He went on and on about how they were a great company, and know what they are doing.
Regardless of if I have to go somewhere else and pay twice the price, I will not ever bring my car into a place that harasses me to be a patron. That is never the way to gain customers. Customer Service is just as important as the service provided.
