My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Diana’s cat sitting services. I can’t overstate how important our cats are to us and how seriously we take their well-​being and care. We’re kind of high maintenance and one requires daily meds (I’ll let you guess which describes the cats and which describes us humans). When our new, planned cat sitter flaked out on our key exchange meeting just a few days before we left for a week-​long trip, we had an uneasy feeling and scrambled to find someone who was responsive and consistent and who also served our neighborhood.
From the start, we were impressed with Diana’s professionalism. She was so thorough and clear in her communication with us, confirmed all details by e-​mail, attended the key exchange and meet-​and-​greet without a hitch, befriended our shyest kitty, asked all the questions a thorough cat sitter asks, and told us her plan of action/​routine for cat sitting.
What’s more, Diana took truly amazing care of our cats AND us, sending detailed and regular text, photo, and video updates. This was a comforting and lovely look into how the cats were doing day by day, which put our minds at ease and let us travel in peace. The cat who requires daily meds is occasionally resentful about that fact, but Diana was very patient with her and we’re so thankful that Diana was here to handle our special kitty with care. We could tell when we got home what good hands the cats had been in. Might sound nutty to you, but the cats seemed happier than they had with other sitters. I can’t say that the cats like many people, but they really seem to like Diana.
It’s no question that we’d ask Diana to care for our cats during any other trips, and we’ve booked her again already.

Fantastic service! My fiancéé and I went out of town for 5 nights — the first time we had to leave our dog in someone else’s care. He’s a 12-​pound, 6 year-​old dog that we got from a shelter not even two months ago. Although he had warmed up to us, he is still scared of almost all new people.
Diana and Rich took such great care of our buddy, Winslow. Diana scheduled a meet-​and-​greet with all of us and their dogs beforehand to see if this would be a good fit. Diana picked up Winslow in her car, and I went with them to see where he’d be staying. After a few minutes of nervously sitting on my lap, Winslow starting to look and sniff around on his own. I was actually quite surprised as to how quickly he was getting comfortable in their apartment, but alongside their dog Laguna, I could tell they had a very dog-​friendly place.
After I left Winslow in the couple’s care, Diana texted us multiple sets of pictures (and some short video clips) per day as well as relevant updates (e.g. «he ate most of his food,» «he may need paw protection against the hot sidewalks,» «he got along with all the other dogs,» etc). She asked relevant questions, adhered to the feeding schedule we had in place for him, and treated Winslow with so much love alongside their own dogs.
Seeing how happy he was through all of the pics/​videos, and in person when she dropped him off after his stay, reassured me that we made the right choice in going with Diana and Rich. We will absolutely be relying on them during all of our future vacations!

Diana and Rich took care of our pup like he was their very own. We were across the country for 8 nights and we were so nervous about being away from Gansett for so long. Rest assured, we were sent daily updates, photos and videos of our pup just having a blast with their two dogs, going on walks, going to the park and playing all day long. Diana even taught our pup a new trick («bang bang»). She was also amazing at picking him up and dropping him off to and from our place to make our trip stress-​free. She was also diligent about giving him his meds that were prescribed by our vet, his feeding schedule and making him feel right at home.
We just added another little family member to our home and we will definitely be using Diana and Rich’s services again for both of our pups!

I’ve used Diana and Rich two more times since my last review. great service, My puppy loves her and she kept us updated on her care, walk, food, and how she was sleeping.
More people should use her and rich to take care of their furry family members.

We felt very lucky to find Diana and Rich. We left our very shy and fearful dog with them for an entire month and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They were incredibly professional and responsive when we first reached out to them. They provided pick up and drop off service which was great. But the most important part is that they took excellent care of our dog as evidenced by his healthy happy demeanor when they returned him. While we were away they remained in constant communication — sending us almost daily pictures of our dog as well as videos. They clearly have a special touch with dogs with emotional problems and jumped right in to help our dog adjust. In the end, it seems our dog was better for the experience and had as much fun as we did on our month long trip. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Gus stayed with Diana and Rich over New Year’s! It was Gus’s first time staying with them so as a doggie mom I was a little anxious! We decided to meet in a dog park first to ensure Gus did well with their pups! All went well! So, we booked them! Diana was so awesome and was willing to pick up Gus for a small fee as we don’t have a car! Diana was even willing to bring two dogs with her to help with the pick-​up! Gus was so excited, tail wagging and jumped into the car! We could tell he was having a great time because not only were we getting updates, pictures and videos from them, but we also learned that Gus was eating. When he gets anxious sometimes he doesn’t eat. He gobbled up all of his meals. Gus has a sensitive stomach and Rich and Diana were willing to mix in the sweet potato and probiotics we provided. We also have a GPS tracker that needs to be charged on occasion. They were also willing to help us charge it and even let us know when it looked like it may be getting low. Gus is truly our child and it was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy our time away! They took Gus out to dog parks regularly and listened to all of our instructions about Gus and his quirks :) we would highly recommend Diana and Rich without hesitation and will certainly have Gus visit agin! Not to mention he loves their pup, Laguna! He was happy, loved and is now 100% exhausted (has been sleeping since drop off) we are super grateful!

Great people, great service. My husky, Mya, had great time for 9 nights! I was receiving constant text updates (videos, pictures and other details). I was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my baby was save:)

I’m so bummed that we move to Portland soon after finding Diana and Rich, because they were the best! We left our two dogs with them (black French bulldog and brown mutt puppy from the pictures), and I have no doubt they had a blast, because when we came back it was clear Rafi didn’t want to leave haha. I trusted them because they were animal people, true and true, and I felt like they understood our dogs on a different level. They laughed when our dogs played like crazy (some people got concerned) and generally had the confident attitude of people who know EXACTLY what they’re doing. The other dogs that were in the house were super chill, and I know our dogs felt more comfortable (without us) when they had a pack to hang with. We always got updates and cute pics of them at the park, and it put us at ease when we were away. If you’re in Brooklyn I would 100% recommend them, I have honestly never felt more that our dogs were in good hands.

We have peace of mind when we leave our dog, Ruckus, with Diana and Rich. They’ll even pick up and/​or drop off our dog if we need this extra service. During the initial meet-​and-​greet, we got an immediate comfort level. .. They were definitely animal lovers. When Diana and Rich picked up Ruckus for the first time, they took him directly to a nearby dog park which they had researched in advance. They send us pictures and updates on his exercise routines throughout our vacation, which we really appreciate. The pictures show Ruckus snuggled on their couch and playing with their dog. We think Ruckus had as much fun with Diana and Rich as we had on our vacations over the past two years. It makes it easier not to miss him too much when we know he’s being taken care of so well.

Diana and Rich are the best! They were so good to Pierre and had watched him for nearly 3 years. I just recently moved from NYC, and miss them already! They sent pictures constantly, took Pierre to parks and even to the beach! They are amazing, and I felt sooooo comfortable with them! Best dog sitters in Brooklyn!

I am sad that I no longer live in Brooklyn, because now Diana and Rich can no longer watch my dog and 2 cats. My dog Giles always had the best time spending the night with them and all their furry friends. They would even take Giles with them to go feed and play with the cats. I constantly received text updates, pictures, and videos. Giles would come home exhausted from all the trips to various parks and beaches. I am still searching for a new pet sitter here in Austin, but Diana and Rich have set the bar very high!

I had been through a few dog sitters/​boarders before I found this service and have never looked back. My little guy was sweet and gentle with my family but occasionally snaps at strangers, and so he needs some extra care and guidance. Diana and Richard handle him like true professionals. They understand dog behavior and respond to their body language, thereby making it a pleasant experience for everyone. A stay with Wolfie’s is a true vacation for my dog, allowing me to relax and enjoy my own time!

We had Diana and Rich dog sit Bailey for almost 3 years when we lived in NYC. We have moved out of the city but I can’t say enough good things about their pet sitting services. They made Bailey feel at home and we always felt comfortable leaving her for a long vacation (3 weeks!). Bailey always cans home well exercised with lots of photos to show us what they had been doing. We miss having rich and Diana dog sit!
