I wish I could give more than 5 stars. After years of back aches that got progressively worse (as back aches do) things were finally bad enough that I caved and went to Bill Walsh at the recommendation of a friend. I had only TWO visits with him. It’s now five years later and I’ve had zero pain. None. I forgot that my back used to hurt. Turns out that backache isn’t something you have to just learn to live with. (My posture is totally different now, by the way. I’m taller.)
Since my two visits with him, I’ve brought many people there. He literally saved my husband’s life who had debilitating pain and couldn’t move. Several friends have told me that he’s changed their life. One friend who was told by practitioners that she’d be facing a lifetime of disabilities, saw Bill for numerous visits over a few months, and now she has her body back. She’s completely healthy and pain free.
I would travel any distance and pay any amount of money to see him if my back hurt. You get only one spine, and he knows how to restore it to its original condition.

Absolutely amazing! I was suffering from really bad lower back pain and tried months of acupuncture, massages, yoga, etc. but after just two visits with Dr. Walsh I am now completely pain free and mobile. I mean I was in A LOT of pain before — so much that I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning and I’d sometimes wake up in the middle of the night in agony — and I’m simply amazed at how quickly he identified and corrected the issue.
At first I had my doubts after being warned about «shady» chiros but Dr. Walsh is the real deal. He marches to the beat of his own drum and has an amazing spirit — he’ll tell it to you exactly how it is but «he’s got your back» (he he he — borrowed that line). If you’re reading this review now, don’t wait as long as I did or else you’ll regret it. GO. SEE. HIM. NOW.

Been seeing Dr Bill for 20 years off and on, and he is simply the best. He connects magically with his patients, is a brilliant diagnostician, and more that once I’ve walked in bent over with pain and walked out of his office fully upright, just needing some ice. He is also one of the funniest people you will ever have the pleasure of listening to while he is doing THAT neck thing… which calls for all the trust in your soul.
It’s unfortunate that the healthcare business has stopped him from being «in-​network» on most if not all insurance plans, but he’s a healer, not a businessman.
If you hurt bad, Dr Bill’s the answer!

Gift from God my ass! I called to make an appointment, my first visit, and was told that Dr. Walsh no longer accepts insurance. First visit is $ 120 CASH, and each visit afterwards is $ 60.
So if I understand Dr. Walsh correctly, he’s chosen to forgo the health of his patients in order to stockpile his earnings. The money that I’m setting aside each month for health insurance is worthless if doctors opt out. This demonstrates no concern to do what’s right, only self-​interest and greed.

I thought chiropractors were all hustlers and scam artists until I met Dr. Walsh. Despite my deep skepticism and cynicism about everything in general, the man nevertheless gave me a new lease on life, redeeming me from excruciating lower back pain and walking me down the road to recovery. My back still has its issues, but it has never been as bad as it was before I went to Dr. Walsh, and with the knowledge he gave me in terms of self-​care, I know it never will be again. That, and he’s simply a delightful character.

This man is: 1) A gifted healer, 2) A genuinely caring human being, 3) An experienced practicioner who remains on top of his craft, and 4) A Park Slope institution. I often go into his offices battered and stressed from overwork and come out feeling flexible and rejuvenated. His staff is great, too, turning his clients into friends and his colleagues are wonderfully talented. Five stars for the treatment, the environment and the man.

OMGosh! I LOVE this man! Seriously… a TRUE TRUE professional! Smart, eloquent, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, interesting and on point! After years of going to this Brownstone for Hydrocolontherapy services, I needed a chiropractor, but wanted one who was holistic. Once I found out he took me insurance, I knew I made the right choice. Secretary is awesome and I get to see my Hydrocolontherapist when I visit! Had my first session today, looking forward to my next few… on my way to super wellness! A MUST see for someone who is in pain and needs relief.

I have going to Dr. Walsh’s practice for over 5 yrs now and he is, hands down, the best Chiropractic/​Wholistic care practioner I have ever been to.
Plus he’s funny as hell too
