I couldn’t imagine I would have such a negative experience dealing with Wheels to Lease after reading all the positive reviews this dealership has received.
I called to inquire about prices for a new Honda lease. I was forwarded to one of their salesmen who quoted me quite a high price and then encouraged me to shop around and find the cheapest price I could and they would match it. I found a price that was $ 20 cheaper and they did in fact match the deal. I asked him if the price of the car I wanted was likely to reduce in the next two weeks (when I wanted to sign the new lease). He said he wasn’t sure but that it wasn’t likely.
I wasn’t prepared to sign a new lease because I had another 2 weeks until the lease of my current car was over. I told the salesman that I know that prices can fluctuate and I understand that the second deal he quoted me may not be available in 2 weeks. He asked me if there was anything he could to get my to agree to sign the lease early. I told him the only thing he could do is pay off the balance of what I had on my original lease, about $ 100, so I wouldn’t be saddled with 2 car payments. He agreed to pay the difference. Great!
The new car arrived on Sunday, but the salesman forgot to finish all the paperwork and the registration was left off. They took the car back and said they would fix the issue the next day. Honest mistake on their part. The car came back to me the next day with all the paperwork but with only half a talk of gas. Unbelievable. I called the salesman the next day and he told me that the cars only come with half a talk of gas. What a bunch of boloney. When they brought me the car the first time the tank was nearly full. Now I have to pay to fill up the tank because of the salesman’s mistake. He said he would talk to the owner and ask if they could send me a $ 25 gift card. Fine.
The day after I pick up the car I go on Wheels to Lease’s website and find that the car I leased from them is now $ 40 cheaper a month! It’s pretty apparent that the salesman knew they were having this great deal and didn’t want to mention it to me so he could sign me at the higher price.
Avoid these people like the plague.

I called and left multiple messages and sent multiple emails from someone to get in touch with me about a new lease. I had to practically beg for someone to get back to me. No one ever called me back or reached out to me. I would have given this 1 star if not for a different dealership that responded to me immediately.

After putting around for years in my ghetto chariot, I decided to retire old faithful and lease a new sexy ride. My brain was stuck on the 2012 Acura TSX, nothing else! So with a set budget, I went on the prowl for $ 0 down payment lease offers. And thus, a conundrum emerged as near perfect credit is required for that kind of incentive. [Perfect credit bwaaahahaha. Who has that these days?!] As much as I wanted the car, I absolutely refused to put any money down [excluding taxes and fees of course]
My search proved futile until a friend put me in contact with Danny from Wheels to Lease. Not only did he get me approved for the special offer, he also upgraded the model from base to special edition for the same monthly payment!
The entire process from start to finish was painless. Requests to have paperwork sent to me for review were fulfilled promptly and Danny was readily available via phone/text/email to answer questions. And believe you me, I had A LOT of questions, but his patience never wore thin. When there was a misunderstanding regarding my car’s promised delivery date, Danny stepped in and rectified the situation. The entire process took about two weeks — because, of course, I picked a difficult color– but it was two weeks well worth the wait. Many thanks to Danny and Sol [amiable man behind the scenes] for getting me exactly what I wanted. There aren’t enough praises and accolades for Wheels to Lease. I highly recommend them and without a doubt, I will be a repeat customer.
