Long lines and limited employees. They should expand this Wendy’s so more cashiers can work up front. Everytime I come here it seems to take at least 10 min to wait in line before being able to order. ‘Okay ’ fast food but very slow wait.

Where is the zero star rating? They sure deserve it. why you may ask? My ordeal started the moment I decided to go to Wendy’s(which I dont usually visit) because I heard they were selling some chicken sandwich called Jalapeño Spicy Chicken Sandwich and I was craving for something spicy that day. They still had the signs but when I proceeded via drive thru they claimed they didnt sell it. I opted for their original spicy chicken sandwich and some other stuff for the family. Ive got my order and drove around when my wife told me we were missing the chicken sandwich(they also messed up the nuggets). I had to walk inside the restaurant under the rain and wait in a long line just to ask for what I was missing. They made me wait another ten mins for the sandwich to be ready and gave it to me in its box that says«chicken» on the top. I left the store and when Ive got home and opened my little box that says«chicken» on the top found a fking BACONATOR!!! Was that on purpose?

I had a terrible experience, complete with being told to go away when I received my order. However, the management did everything they could to make up for the mistake. I went and got a free meal for my troubles and the experience, but the wait time was still terrible when I did that. Food was extremely above par when I got the second meal as an apology, but I would never return to the location after 9pm.

The managers need to stop hiring thots with attitudes that can get a persons order right! No cheese means NOCHEESE ! And they want to raise the minimum wage to 15 dollars an hour ?? Foh! Get my order right! Every time I come here I have a problem over simple stuff like no cheese!

Tips for being a Fast-food Cashier: 1. Don’t incessantly scratch your weave around the food. Go home and wash your dirty head. 2. Mind your business. Don’t spend so much time in the customer’s conversations that you find it impossible to do your job. You’re only making drinks and ringing up customers. If you can’t do that and hold a conversation… I wouldn’t try chewing gum and walking. It could lead to disaster. Just follow those two bits of advice and you should do fine. You’re welcome.

I went to this wendys last night. The drive through line was pretty long and moved along very slowly. When I finally received my order the drink was wrong but it didnt really bother me, I could live with it. What did bother me was that when I finally made it home to eat I was missing food from my order. I rather have the wrong order in the bag then be missing food. It shows u atleast made an attempt to get it right. Thanks alot guys

The service here is pretty bad. The drive through window have folks soliciting money late night and it’s just a uncomfortable environment. The staff is really rude. The operators of this unit should really pay attention to the staff here. I thought it was standard operating procedure to say thank you when you get your food. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to not get yelled at when placing your order at the drive through. But hey, I don’t eat at Wendy’s often and when I do it absolutely won’t be here again. Avoid if your have standards.

No matter what time of day you come in the line is crazy! Both drive through and inside. To top it off the service is slow and customer service lacking. It never fails when I come in on my late rides back to Brooklyn from Long Island, some couple is having a date. Where they do that at?

Poorly Organized. Heard the commercial for the new salads and stopped to grab two. There was no line, placed the order and then waited 25 minutes for two salads. They continued to take orders without telling customers they would be waiting awhile. Salads were good, but I wouldn’t stop again.

We love Wendy’s and pretty much know what’s on there menu. So I’m rating this one on quality, customer service and the actual place. Place: Nice size, has lots of tables. Drive thru. Not so clean! Looks like they don’t have someone cleaning the tables enough. Tables are always greasy looking. Customer service: they are okay. I guess there trying to be fast. Not very friendly. Cant remember a time where they messed up my order. Manager gave us a problem with a coupon. We had used the same coupon at a long island location and had no problem. Manager fixed it, so I guess its okay, but would prefer not to have had the problem in the first place. Quality: food is not so fresh. Burgers are dry sometimes, like they were sitting out for a while. I try to stay away from lettuce and tomato at this location, as that is not so fresh either! Get really busy for dinner time, long line to order, then its a long wait for your food.

I came in here yesterday after I realized the KFC a block away had been shut down. I ordered a cheeseburger deluxe after 5 minutes in line. I also ordered a spicy crispy chicken wrap. IT took 5 minutes to get my food piping hot.

This place is wonderfully over-rated, although they claim to be more«home-made», the ingredients are the same as any other fast-food place. Also last time I checked I don’t make square shaped hamburgers at my house.

Better than any Manhattan Wendy’s. Simply on the basis that they produce Cheese fries. The environment is also better, with carpeted floors as opposed to tile floors from Manhattan. One time my order took a bit longer than usual to produce. Rather than a simple apology, I received an apology as well as an extra order of nuggets.
