Victory Car Service is my favorite car service in Bay Ridge. They are reliable and have been in Bay Ridge for years. I have never had any issues and continue to use this local business.

Left me standing on a street corner in a very bad neighborhood. Car was 25 minutes late from the time I made the reservation that morning,

These guys have become my default car service in Bay Ridge. I’ve used Harbor View and Marine in the past, but they don’t ever seem to be available when I need them. The cars themselves are average, maybe a little dingy and needing maintenance, but the drivers are courteous and generally show up when they say they will.

i live across the street from them and i work in manhattan ont he upper east side. everytime i call all i have to give them is my name and they know who i am and where im going. if im going to be late they make sure they get me there on time. all the drivers at victory are nothing less than amazing and friendly. they always speak to me and call me by my first name always. i love victory. no matter where i am if i need a ride, no matter what time they are there. i love them!

Called them well in advance to make sure I don’t hurry. Told the dispatcher very specifically that I didn’t want to be late — he assured me the car would be there in «5−10 minutes» (asked him twice to make sure he understands my concerns). After 10 minutes, when the time started getting tight, he started telling me that the car «would be there any minute.» That continued for another 15 (sic!) minutes after which he told me that the car was «stuck behind a garbage truck.» The car showed up after 30 (!!!) minutes, while the dispatcher kept telling me lies. I refused the car in principle, calling someone else.
Bottom line: STAY AWAY unless you enjoy being lied to or you can plan for extra 30 minutes of buffer time. Yes, things happen, streets get closed and garbage trucks block the roads occasionally but all those issues can be dealt with if the guy is honest about realistic expectations. Giving bullshit promises and hoping to lie your way through is not the business model I can respect.

I’ve tried all of the car services in the area and this is the best one. The drivers and dispatcher are very nice.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! A couple of my friends stopped by their establishment a couple of nights ago and were disrespected by the overnight dispatcher. This guy has no respect for women and is an uneducated piece of crap! Do yourself a favor and do not go here!

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I wish I could give it no stars… I will never do business with this company again and unless you enjoy being insulted to the highest degree, I wouldn’t use them either.
