possibly the worst managed and slowest VS I EVER been at.

The staff is very helpful and always informative especially if their is a sale going on, I love PINK.

Went to this vs today and bought some merch. When I got home and realized the cashier charged me for something extra I didn’t even buy. I called the store back to find out how to get it fixed. The girl told me to go back to the store with the merch and Id. I’m like ok but… She didn’t even let me finish my sentence and just hung up. It’s only a $ 10 difference so I’m not even going to go back to fight with them because they’ll probably say I’m making this up and blah blah blah. Not worth my time. Will never go back. EVER!

The store has is spacious and has a decent selection. I didn’t see many reps around and the place was a bit disorganized. Not my favorite location since I like getting measure each time prior to purchasing a new bra and there was no one to assist.

my bathing suit is sold out again, size small + medium everything here runs out pretty fast!
They are really good with the inventory of perfumes & managing sales.

They have a pretty good selection of bras, panties, bathing suits etc. They only have a few pieces of work out gear in the PINK section but not as many as the one in Times Square. The lines are long and the cashiers don’t seem to like their jobs. The woman in the dressing room who helps with fittings was helpful and nice.

I had a bad experience at this location that had NOTHING to do with the store itself (I’ll save that heat for Chase Bank), so I’ll try to subtract that from this review.
Great place. It’s a Vicky’s, and is what you’d expect. The staff was super helpful though, and one woman helped me pick out undies (I was confused. I’m not always a girly girl, and I’m trying to get into the whole, lace undies, smelling nice thing).
I picked up some pretty nice scents there too. They have a very nice collection and variety of scents (and of course, if there is something that you want there that you can not find, you can always go to the something&something works, next door)
It’s a really nice store, but if you’re looking for bras, be careful. Their bras tend to run small, so if you’re a C or above, carefully examine the cup sizes to make sure your cup won’t runneth over.

If I could give them zero stars I would and I normally don’t give low rating but their customer service was plain horrible.
I went for a very simple task: I just wanted to pay my bill. It hadn’t come in the mail so I went in and after about 10 minutes of hunting down a sales associate I just asked her whether the cashier would be able to see how much I owed and if I could pay by credit card. She said that they would definitely know and her coworker confirmed.
I get on line and wait for another 15 minutes. At one point a man cuts me in line and goes to the next register. I politely say,“Sir, I was on line” and he just says ‚“well too bad…” The sales associate says to ME «you need to wait on line» EXCUSE ME! I’ve been online for the past twenty minutes and he just skipped me…
It gets worse. Once it’s my turn she leaves for about another 10 minutes and when she finally gets to me she’s being rude. I kindly explain to her I want to pay my bill and she tells me that she can’t check so I tell her that I’ll just pay 50. I take out my debit card and she tells me I have to pay by check or cash.
THAT MAKES NO SENSE.
A check is not immediate funds. If anything my debit card would be better.
Horrible just horrible. Wasted almost 45 minutes on absolutely nothing. And I didn’t even get a sorry…

Got in & out quickly and they had my size in the Pink underwear I came here to get. Reminds me a bit of a suburban location and help was there but not overwhelming.
You could do worse.

Now I remember another reason I hate Victoria Secret and don’t shop there. The customer service SUCKS! Employee looked me in the eye while I was waiting 5 – 10 min to be next when she is about to finish up with her customer then she tells me that the line is in the lane next to me and 3 people have lined up since I lined up originally. Dropped the stuff on the counter and walked out.

They renovated this VS so it feels a lot better. The lingerie, perfume, PINK, and sale sections are all seperate from one another making the store a lot more organized and fun to be in. The new staff is really friendly and helpful and I always know that I’ll get what I need.

I come to this one usually when i need to go to target.
Good size Pink options, but everything else is a bit limited.
Seriously…every time i have come here, the line is super long! Sometimes, it doesnt even seem that busy and yet, it takes me about 20 minutes to check out… with 2 people in front of me!
Part of me wants to just forget it and walk away, but i had already invested so i stayed. The service isn’t that great, its not the customers that made the line process slow, its the employees. They don’t seem to care to move faster or the service in general.
I rather not come here if i have a choice

I must say that my shopping experience here was pretty good… not the best but overall good!
I was greeted and assisted the moment I walked into the store. The items are pretty easy to locate however this location is pretty small and tight which makes it difficult for anyone with a stroller (like myself) to move around the store.
Once I arrived at checkout it was a little unorganized, the customers couldn’t tell how many lines there was which resulted in a few people skipping the lines… I wasn’t pleased with my check out experience.
I only shopped at this location because I was in the area but next time I need something from Victoria’s Secret, I will stop by my favorite location on 34^th street and 6^th Avenue.

This has to be one of my favorite Victoria’s Secret stores. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of their products. Since it was renovated a few months ago, the store seems larger, better organized and brighter. I will always love the fact that all VS stores have the power to have something delivered to your door for free if they don’t have it in stock.

It’s convenient, it’s pretty, and it smells good. I was attended to quickly, but minus a star for some of that Brooklyn attitude that is still on a handful of faces (overall, most employees were cool.)

They just renovated this VS location and it looks fabulous! Its so much larger, well stocked, beautiful, and they’re able to fit so many more salespeople on the floor to help you out. In addition, the lines move quickly, the place is kept very neat, and the salespeople seem competent and level headed (even amid the holiday insanity!!). They had the items I was looking for on the floor, even for my not too popular size, and I did an exchange in good time. YAY!

This Victorias secret is where I go to try on something before I purchase it online with several discount codes and save money. The selection is often lacking and it can be a little crowded secondary to its prime location at Atlantic terminal.

As a Secret Santa, I decided to purchase a gift card. I was in and out of the store pretty quickly. Fast and efficient, that’s how customer service should be.

It’s always crowded and I prefer to buy stuff like this online. Something about the idea of people trying on underwear that I’ve purchased just grosses me out. You’re thinking, «people can purchase and return things online as well» and I’m thinking, it’s a lower likelihood of that happening and in order to maintain my sanity, I need to black out any information that would dismantle my theory.
Although crowded, I find that there is always ample staff that tends to provide a friendly greeting. Of course this is with the exception of those crazy semi-​annual sales. This location is a nice size so you are pretty much guaranteed to find whatever you’re looking for.

This location definitely is not on my top of re list for VS stores. I always feel like I’m being watched. Stalked. Stared at!
Perhaps they have a high incidence of shoplifting, but I’m far from needing to stick undergarments in my pocket and walk out of a store.
I find that the lines move too slow. That really doesn’t impress me either. Eh, I have definitely experienced much better in other locations! Probably won’t be back.
