Worst customer service ever experienced in a Victoria’s Secret store! Just walked in to buy a bra and walked out cuz the girl refused to answer my question and provide help. This store is close to my house but I’d rather travel and get the service they should give at a farther store.

The store itself is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. However, there cashier system is horrendous. There is one cashier on maybe two if your lucky. I mean on Fri & Saturday’s which tends to be the busiest days. If your looking to go in grab what you need and run out then STAY away from this location.

Horrible customer service at the cash wrap. The cashiers didn’t even know what promotion/​sale going on in the store. So, they ended up ringing all the items without the discounts. I saw like three customers in a row complaining at the cashwrap because the cashiers did not add the discounts. When I went up to pay, this lady was talking to the other cashier while ringing my items (which was really rude) and she did not add the discount so when I asked her about the promotion she rolled her eyes on me and said that the promotion only apply to the bras (not true). I decided not to buy the items because of her attitude, and she was lost. Then, I went to the section where I found the items and I saw the sign with the promotion on the item and I also spoke to a sales associate to confirm if those items were on promotions and the sales associates confirmed that all those items were on sale plus additional 25% off that the cashier refused to add at the cashwrap, so thank to her I ended up not spending money on unnecessary stuffs.

So I went in today with $ 20 to spend on a secret Santa gift. First off, only 3 registers open, and I waited 15 minutes to pay. The worst part was the prices. Everything online was on sale, but NOT in the store. I asked the cashier why, and she said they were online promotions only. I checked again, and no where does it state that on the website.
Do yourself a favor and shop from the website. You’ll be saving a lot more!

Great space. One of the newest VS locations in the city. The store has three smaller floor with the registers in the second floor. They do have a great bra selection and sportswear, but like many VS stores they lack cotton thongs and panties which to me are basic. The underwear drawers are also a bit messy and overpacked, but I do like this store overall.

So I go into VS to pay my bill… And there’s a long single line going to the cash registers but it gets very long within 10 minutes. I end up being the 5^th person on line. Then, an ingenious store manager (white guy/​blonde hair) comes out and makes 4 new lines so everyone in the back ends up in the front of the new lines. Long story short, I had to wait 45 minutes to pay a bill. And a sales associate Kiara wasn’t helping anyone until the person in front of me got to the front of the line. I’d avoid this location if I were you.

The staff is very friendly and nice! The inside looks beautiful. I’ve been here almost everyday for the past week because there is always something new. The staff will help you find anything that you need. This is my favorite Victoria’s Secret!

It was my first time at this location. I was very pleased with my experience. Two young ladies helped me, both very different selling styles but both very good. I believe the first female was named Bessy. She handled me gently the way I needed, with so many options I can easily get a headache. I bumped into her on the floor, she was off the clock but went the extra mile to still help me. That’s a great worker who represented this business very well.
The second young lady was Pam, I don’t think I can ever forget her name. She said it like 5 times and I heard her saying it to customers, it was a good selling strategy. She had spunk and was on her toes. She upsold me 2 times. Having worked in retail I enjoyed watching her do her thing. She wasn’t shy but walked me fully through my options of sales with what I was already getting.
Depending on how my mood is for the day I have two options of personalities to go to.
Love the 3 floors, love to see nice sports bras for the big boobed.
The only thing I would suggest is having the ladies ask if we’ve ever been fitted for a bra, alot of women don’t know their real size. It also is a nice experience that makes you feel waited on and it is a good selling place in the fitting room. I would also suggest having someone always in the fitting room. Beast did say if I needed help to call but didn’t specify how. I didn’t need help but its nice to be checked on if everything is ok. I went into the fitting room 2 more times and no one was there. I politely took the key and let myself in a room. Besides that I had a great experience. I will be back.

Finally, I don’t have to travel too too far to shop (or redeem a free panty coupon.
I was surprised to see that there were 3 levels in this store. The 1^st and 3^rd level consist of undergarments. The 2^nd level was filled with the fragrances and body sprays, albeit not all of the body sprays unless they discontinued some, which I hope isn’t the case. I was looking to see if they had the Secret Craving scent but I did not see it. I also didn’t see the other scent that I love, True Escape. An associate helped me out and suggested other similar scents for me.
Since this location recently opened, the store was well organized and it wasn’t too crowded.
