Not sure why GPS still directs me to their prior address when I try to get directions on Unilocal (despite the address written).
But I knew better so I google searched it for the proper Washington Ave address.
The food here is still amazing after several years. I got my Chicken Curry. I think I will forever love this as long as they don’t change the recipe. What I miss was the broccoli. I think broccoli used to be included prior.
I also ordered the crispy nugget which I thought were appetizers but surprisingly it came with rice and broccoli. Sadly when I got home, there was no sauce on the nuggets. Had to use the duck sauce. Nuggets were delicious but not sure how they expected me to eat dry nuggets with dry rice and broccoli. (1 star lost for that). If there was suppose to be a special sauce… it wasn’t included or offered.
The mango chicken seem to have plenty of raves maybe I will try that the next time.

The food was awesome. The eating accomdations are small and quaint. It almost looks like one of the chain Chinese restaurants that we see one the corner but overall, the food is good.

My mum has been a vegetarian for over 10 years and she orders from this place all the time. I have had times where I don’t eat meat for a year or so and then I crave a steak. But anyway, whether I’m being a meat eater at the time or not I love this place! I normally get the all the spring rolls, crispy nuggets and the «beef» and broccoli. I have eaten in (at their old and new location) and ordered take out, and I have had not complaints on the food or service. My mum recommends the «ribs» and the paella.

The delivery was over half n hour late. Even though the deliver service was apologetic when I called the restaurant they were not concerned. Food was average. I had asked for spicy pad Thai and it definitely wasn’t spicy. The veggies seemed fresh but we’re quite bland.

Good delivery but do not eat out there. I got seaweed soup instead of miso, the waitress mostly chills in the back, people who come to pick up food are loud and on their phones and my favorite: kitchen workers dragging bags of garbage right past you in the ‘dining’ area.

This is my favorite place to order from, especially when I just don’t know what to eat, the crispy nuggets are always my go to. My first time here I had the mango chicken which was out of this world. Mango is my favorite fruit so I just thought it was amazing to have the vegetarian chicken served in a mango shell. I’m also a big fan of the caramel apple cheese cake The delivery is always on time or comes before the estimated time so I’m ways satisfied with their service!

Vegan pad thai can still be very tasty without the nam pla, but the pad thai here is one note — extremely sweet — and the scallion pancakes are more like _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​pancakes.

When people say vegetarian food is bad or they can’t live without meat, they haven’t found the right place. As a frequent customer, I can say without hesitation… their food is AWESOME. They have a variety of vegetarian dishes. My favorites are the mango chicken, spare ribs and Pad Thai. The dishes are flavored with the right amount of spices to make a non-​vegetarian salivate. While I never had spare ribs in my life (say what?) I LOVE these vegetarian spare ribs! They are very juicy and are great with brown rice! Other dishes I’ve tried were the chicken nuggets, duck, spring rolls, and orange chicken. Avoid the orange chicken at all costs. I’ve ordered it twice and I can’t stand the flavor, but besides that, so far I haven’t found many dishes I don’t like from here. Go wild and try something new! Meat lovers and Vegetarians can enjoy a tasty meal here.

I’ve been ordering from here for quite a while and have so go to standards.
It can be hit or miss with the «chicken» and the «fake meats» but overall I am a big fan.
The nuggets are the best! Order extra sauce cause you’re gonna want to dip non stop.
The mash potatoes are bomb! Also, as an added benefit you should get the cake, my lady and I order delivery sometimes just for the cake and order extra drinks to hit the minimum.
The sauces on the nobu chicken and other items can be too sweet and don’t have the punch you would hope for.
If you’re a vegetarian though, this is your place, order and enjoy!

A real hit or miss. The wonton soup is unbelievable; like how I remember the real thing tasting before going vegan. All the fake meat entrees are terrible. Stick with soup and noodle dishes, and avoid all the fake meat, fried wontons, and the rolls (spring roll, curry roll, etc). Get the scallion pancakes if you’re looking to get an appetizer. A good note: They deliver from Prospect Heights to Bed Stuy in under 30 minutes. Kudos to them.

Every time I’ve ordered takeout from Vegetarian Palate I’ve enjoyed tasty food that is exceptionally fresh, warm, not-​oily and that leaves me feeling healthy and light.
I highly recommend the Mixed Greens Soup – it comes as a wonderful pile of lightly steamed vegetables in a box, accompanied by a container of soothing, warm broth. It is just what you need to get through a stormy evening.
Also the appetizer of Steamed Spinach Dumplings are amazing — green on the outside and filled with a tasty mix of bamboo shoots, mushrooms and cabbage. I’ve never had a dish like this elsewhere and it is a delight.
The delivery is always on time (30 minutes max), and the chefs are patient and very flexible with requests like «add this» and «remove that». I am so lucky to live close to this place — and I definitely recommend it to anyone, vegetarians and non-​vegetarians.

Yes, even vegans want some junk food now and then, and unfortunately Champ’s is too far away from my house for delivery. Luckily, Vegetarian Palate has magical veg nugz that both I and my omni bf and bffs are obsessed with. Plus, I love their non-​dairy milkshakes, especially the mint chip. I’ve also tried the «chicken» curry with potatoes, and a «beef» and vegetable dish that were both delish. I always order too much from here, but it’s worth it! The only time I wasn’t happy was with the crispy «chicken» sammie – too much bread and kind of flavorless. Otherwise, this place is a great treat and I’m so glad to have it nearby when I need some comfort food.

Maybe I was a little optimistic to think that a Vegetarian place would offer some options for us carnivores. So when my search for a Brooklyn spot that delivered «Shrimp» Pad thai noodles brought me here, I was ecstatic!
My excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I realized my meal was filled with tofu and a rubber like material the woman, I called to insist I received the wrong order, claimed was shrimp.
Maybe I’m asking too much but IF THE CRAP ISNT SHRIMP DONT CALL IT SHRIMP!!!
Once the cloud of disappointment passed I was able to remember how hungry I was and decided not to throw $ 15 down the drain but to eat everything except the «frimp» (fake shrimp) …
FAT CHANCE! The cloud returned as what I hoped would be some yummy pad thai noodles was instead a sour clumpy batch of over cooked noodles.
Needless to say I will NOT be ordering again!

I am absolutely in LOVE with this place. While I thoroughly enjoy the taste of meet this restaurant does an excellent job of not even giving me an opportunity to miss it. I know everyone talks about the mango chicken, but that’s because it’s AMAZING! I can’t bring myself to order anything else!
The salt and peppers chicken tenders and crispy nuggets are also very good! I’m always sure to ask for more sauce. :-)
Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ll make this short: I am NOT a vegetarian, but someone in the area turned me on to this place because of their CRISPY «CHICKEN» NUGGETS!!! Holy goodness of well fried (not oily or cloying) vegetarian food which actually passes for meat. Every time someone eats them for their first time, they can’t believe that these aren’t meat.
I have seen a lot of reviews about the general tso’s chicken and I believe I tried ordering it once and agreed wholeheartedly. Just don’t get this item!
