I purchased a pair of UrBeats headphones from this company. They completely stopped working after less than a day of use. I contacted company to see how I would go about doing an exchange before my 30 days was up? The only response I have received thus far is UsmPhones asking what color headphones I ordered. They haven’t responded at all since then. I purchased them as a gift for someone. And I am very embarrassed and upset by the whole situation. I am hoping that they might respond to my emails soon and remedy this problem. I just called them. They answered right away. Asked me who the original company I purchased through. I answered . *note-Tanga says I have to deal directly with USMphones now) They told me there was no one there to handle that today, call back tomorrow. I told them I have been trying to find out how to exchange since the 22nd. They said, ya call back tomorrow and hung up. Wow

I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to after dealing with this company. I purchased a phone from them WITH A 30DAYWARRANTEE via Groupon Goods. The phone was defective and wouldn’t receive data when not on WiFi. When I contacted customer support, they told me my settings were wrong and how to change them. I told them it still didn’t work and then I NEVERHEARDFROMTHEMAGAIN. I contacted them twice more. Luckily, Groupon has excellent customer service, so I returned the phone to them. HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest you NEVERDOBUSINESSWITHTHISCOMPANY

I wish I could give this a negative rating! The company is a scam. I ordered a iPhone 5 and spent over $ 200 and was sent a defective product. What the hell, you can’t sell I broken item. It took 2 weeks to get here(within us) so my return doesn’t work. I opened up the phone and it has a broken screen display. The screen doesn’t even turn on. It’s just black. I tried to turn it on thinking maybe the phone was off but it didn’t work. I clicked the home button and it started saying hello in every single language. It didn’t stop. I tried to click the lock button and it didn’t change anything. The stupid thing didn’t shut up for 3 hours. In the mean time the screen never came on. I know because it’s a 3rd party apple can’t fix it, but they can still tell me what’s wrong. The damn phones hard drive is fried. What are they thinking selling this. Never been more dissatisfied with a purchase. I will throw a fit until I get my money back. This company is horrible, don’t purchase from them, EVER

This company is the ABSOLUTEWORST!!! First, they send me a defected iPhone 5s with a dead battery and not working charger at all, after emailing back and forth with a representative and being without a phone and won’t be able to contact anyone, they finally send me a replacement today, and guess what?! It doesn’t work either!!! I spent hours on the phone with a T-mobile representative trying to figure out if the problem was with sim, then I went to Verizon, trying to find out if the iPhone was still locked, bur the problem is even more ridiculous! This new iPhone doesn’t read a SIMCARDATALL!!! ITISLOCKEDTOANYSIMCARD! What a joke! And a waste of my money and time! Meanwhile I have been without a phone for A WEEK!!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER purchase anything from this company!!!
