My favorite place to get iPhone accessories and fix my computer problems… they are the best

Never again come to that place!!! Bad people… High prices, no service !‼…

We brought our computer to «UPGRADE» after seeing the reviews, here. «UPGRADE» was great. In our case, there was a tiny broken connector in the computer. They were able to fix the problem while we waited and demonstrated that the computer was back in working order. The price was very reasonable. The guy doing the repair really knew what he was doing. In the future, we’ll be bringing all of our family’s computer repair needs to them.

Not the worst, not the best. Could use a brush up in customer service.

Okay so I was searching for a reliable place where the techs were not blatantly trying to rip people off. I went to school for computer repair and programming graduated and even got A+ certified in 2004 but I decided it wasn’t for me so I’m not completely ignorant to what these jobs entail. So after hitting a couple of local places in my neighborhood such as Shamrock Computer Repair. Should be called SCAMROCK cause that’s what they do. They thought I was gonna pay them $ 100+ just to format my hard drive and re install everything. That’s a $ 40 — $ 60 job at best. So I came across this place on Unilocal and it had really good reviews so I gave them a try. Brought 2 of my old laptops to them one wouldn’t even turn on anymore cause my cats spilled tea on it and I had 10yrs of stuff saved on the HD; the other one just wouldn’t boot up anymore cause the motherboard was fried. They got all the data off the Hard drives for me, held onto it for more that 2 weeks until I purchased a new laptop, ported all the data onto the new one all for $ 60. Today I brought my new laptop in cause I was having trouble getting on the internet and they fixed it right there and charged me only $ 10. which they felt was a fair price. These guys are not only knowledgeable and efficient but they are very friendly and fun to talk to, (you get what you give) and most of all they are fair and reasonable and they have integrity. They charge a $ 20 diagnostic fee which they will deduct from the bill if you choose to have them fix your issue, which in my opinion is totally fair. also they are bilingual. English, Spanish, and apparently French… LOL! They have come through for me twice so far so I have decided to make these dudes my go to guys for electronics. They also have a wide range of accessories for phones, IPods, IPhones, Video Games, Etc. I highly recommend these guys if you don’t want to get ripped off.

I always come here for electronic repairs and they’re great. Considering the neighborhood they’re located in, I see a few rude people coming in but if you’re nice then they’ll be nice to you. Its as simple as that.
I was surprised at the 1 stars but after reading their reviews, I don’t think I would take the advice of someone who calls other people «idiots».
They’ve helped me fix my laptops, desktop and even gave me loads of advice for my phone, game consoles, and computers. Their prices are fair, not exactly cheap but are in no way a rip off.

These guys are idiots. In the 2 times ive went to them, they ripped my gevey sim (costing me $ 60) and bricked my iphone (costing me another $ 30). Do yourself a favor and dont go to them.

These guys are the best! They speak Chinese, Spanish and English. They give you great service for a great price. They know what they are doing and don’t try to scam you. I will definitely go back to them the next time I need help with my computer or phone! they also sell video games and lots of accessories.

Its an adequate computer-​repair store; the best qualities it possesses is that it is casual and friendly and laid-​back. Best one on the north side of the Ridge. If you become a ‘regular’ you get all sorts of friendly treatment.

I found this place by accident.
I was bringing my dog over the the vet and I had passed by this corner store. It was actually their first day of opening. So, I decided to go check it out.
This place is pretty nice. It’s mostly a cellphone, video games (and consoles) and a PC repair store. Plus they have a lot of cellphone accessories, iPod accessories and PC upgrades. I guess that’s why they called it Upgrade (duh​.me)
So, I picked up a few PSP games and saw that they have a few of the hard-​to-​get Wii consoles. I would’ve bought one except that I barely have any time to play any video games. =(
I definitely recommend this store if you’re looking for tech gifts or anything tech for yourself!
