Union Limo & Car Service

I’ve used this car service twice, both early in the morning to go to the airport, and both times the driver has been late. The first time was in the realm of acceptability, but the second time was beyond ridiculous. The driver showed up 20 minutes late, then proceeded to waste another few minutes backing down my one way street well past my house. I tried to visually get his attention but he didn’t see me, and he didn’t answer his phone when I called him. Once I finally got in the car, 10 minutes into the ride he informed me that he had forgotten to get gas and pulled into a gas station. Absolutely unacceptable service, especially given I needed to make a flight. I will NOT be using this company again.

Place quoted me for $ 35 and then made up a crazy story and charged me $ 90
Dishonest and rude and scary drivers and don’t care a bit about customer service

$ 35 to La Guardia from Crown Heights. They came quickly (I did not call ahead) and were fast and professional. No complaints!

Never had an issue with Union. They are always very friendly and professional. Whether I call an hour before or a day before I need them, they are always on time if not early.

No show! Arranged for a 4:20 am pickup to airport. At 4:30 didn’t show up. Called white top and they were here within 5 min. Union car never showed up. I will never use them again.

Driver was super friendly and chatty throughout the ride. Telling us all about his home in Africa and his experience as a taxi driver.
Helped us with our bags and was a true gentleman and a scholar.
