Established in 2003.
I was coaching the college men’s and women’s swim team at San Francisco State University and I received a phone call from a family and they were looking for a private swim coach for their son who qualified for the Olympic trails. I interviewed for the position and was hired to coach their son. However, in order for me to take the position, I had to get certified in Resistance Stretching. I did my training in Boston to get certified. I instantly fell in love with this technique and I was challenged on a physical, physiological & psychological level and could see how this could help others. I have been in practice for 11 year and I love what I do.
